1: This Cookbook is inspired by Mary Giambartolomei and Mollie Gallagher

2: Chili Sauce | 18 Ripe Tomatoes 1 1/2 C Chopped Green Peppers 1 1/2 C Chopped Onion 1 1/2 C Cider Vinegar 3/4 C Brown Sugar 1 Tbs Salt 1 tsp Ground Cloves 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon Combine sugar, vinegar, and spices; bring to boil. Add vegetables Cook at rapid boil until thick Refrigerate after cooking

3: 5 Eggs 1 C Milk 1 Stick Margarine 1 tsp Salt 2 C Confectioners sugar 2 Yeast Packets 7 C Flour 2 tsp Lemon Extract | 3/4 C Black Rasins 3/4 C White Rasins 3/4 C Mixed Fruit Dried | Panatone | Heat milk and margarine until lukewarm Beat the eggs, add salt, yeast, lemon extract and milk mixture Mix flour and sugar, make a well and add the liquid mixture Let it raise 3 times it's size or 4 hours Knead over again Add fruit Put in 3 loaf pans, raise to double it's size Bake 375 for 45 minutes

5: Laura's Bread | Bowl 1- 2 yeast packets 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/2 C Warm Water **Leave in bowl until foamy** Bowl 2- 2 Eggs 1/2 C Oil 2 C Warm Water 2 tsp Salt Combine bowls 1 & 2 Add to 8 cups BREAD flour [begin with 3 cups] Knead on Counter Let rise Punch down Kneed 2nd time Grease pans lightly ***DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN*** Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

8: 4-6 Sausage Links 1 Large Head of Cabbage Clove Garlic Salt and Pepper Sprig Rosemary | Prick Sausage links and cook in oven for 20-30 minutes Boil chopped cabbage until soft Drain cabbage well Take Sausage from oven and slice lengthwise Add cabbage, rosemary, clove garlic and salt & pepper Cover tightly with foil Bake in oven for addition 60 minutes | Oven temperature 350 Time 90 minutes Serves 4-6 people | Sausage & Cabbage

9: 4 C Flour 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper 1/2 C Crisco 4 Eggs 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 C Water Combine all ingredients Melt small amount of Crisco in skillet Roll out Krisha like pie shells Pierce with fork Turn when Brown **Serve with Sausage and Cabbage** | Krisha Pita

10: Homemade Pasta | 1 C Flour & 1 Egg per person Build circle with the flour on counter Crack eggs into middle slowly working eggs and flour together Mixture should nor be runny but not to dry Kneed dough Round into balls and coat with olive oil, let rest Flatten by rolling through machine Let dry; cut if desired Can be stored in the freezer | Bechamel

11: 1 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/2 Tbsp Flour 1 C Heated Milk Salt & Pepper to Taste Pinch of Nutmeg Melt butter over low heat Add flour and stir (with wooden spoon) Heat milk in separate sauce pan Continually whisk in the warm milk to the roux Simmer mixture (while continually whisking) Sauce will thicken with in a few minutes. | Sauté garlic and olive oil Add tomato paste and sauce Stir until paste is dissolved Add one cup of water, carrots, and salt Simmer over medium heat for one hour Add remaining water Simmer for an additional hour, stirring often | 3 lg Cans Tomato Sauce 1 lg Can Tomato Paste 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic 2 Tbs Olive Oil Salt to taste 4 lg Carrots quartered 2 C Water | Homemade Pasta Sauce | Bez Noni's Pasta Machine

12: Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake & Chocolate Glossy Frosting | Yummy

13: Anise Cookies Meat Grinder Cookies 6 Eggs 6 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Shortening 1 tsp Anise Flavoring 5 C Flour 1/2 lb Confectioners Sugar Mix all ingredients, dough will be stiff like pie pastry. Roll dough into logs, the logs should be approximately 3/4 inches long, braid or roll into wheels. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool and glaze. Glaze 1 C Confectioners Sugar Milk Food Coloring (optional) Mix sugar and tsp of milk at a time until glaze is thick, but fluid. Ice cooled cookies and Enjoy!!!!

14: 10 Eggs 1/2 C Sugar 1/4 C Oil 6 Cups flour {or as much as it takes to make dough soft} Mix all ingredients into a soft dough and knead like pie crust Cut into slices like a bagel Boil water with salt Put Biskote in water Boil on each side for 1 minute Cool then slice all the way around but not all the way through Bake at 350 for 45 minutes | Biskote

15: I hope all of you enjoy this cookbook, and find it useful. I know it was very nice to see that we did have a few recipes wrote down. That they didn't all go with Bez Noni and Noni. In the pages to follow there are places for your to add your own recipes that I may not have had. Again, I hope you enjoy this and find your self using it often! Love * Meghean
