4: Exercise Plan For Monday Tuesday and Wednesday (Cardio Days) His warm up is a walk to his gym which is 1 mile away from home. He goes to the gym and jogs slowly on the treadmill for 15 minute sessions then takes a break to catch his breath. He does this for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the treadmill workout he does 15 sets of 8 on crunches. He also does box jumps to burn calories. When he finishes the crunches workout he rides the bicycle for 15 minutes. Then he goes swimiming for 1 hour and after that workout he does a 30 minute free swim. While at home when watching tv he walks on his treadmill at a steady pace just to burn calories.

5: Exercise Plan for Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. (Circuit Days) His warm up is just stretches. He goes to the gym and does 20 body squats When he finishes that workout he walks up and down the stairs 10 times with 5 minute breaks for a total of 20 minutes. After that workout he he takes a 10 minute break and starts to walk suicide's which helps burns calories and require low amounts of energy. Then he jogs on the treadmill for 5 minutes sessions with 2 minute breaks for a total of an hour. Then at the end he does 20 burpee's. (Just him getting out of the house and walking helps even if he goes outside.)
