1: From Mom's Kitchen | From My Kitchen to Your Kitchen this is for my lovely daughter who is starting her own family, who is a great cook and someday be a wonderful Mother. Love you whole bunches forever and ever. Mom 2011

2: 1 1/2 pounds hamburger 1 can 12 oz tomato paste 3 cups of water 2 packages 1 1/2 oz each spaghetti sauce 1T sugar 1/2tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper 2 eggs 16oz dry cottage cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar 16 oz lasagna noodles In large saucepan brown hamburger, drain.add tomato paste water spaghetti sauce mix, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper. simmer partially covered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. In a bowl, combine eggs with cottage cheese. 1 cup of cheddar, and 1 cup of mozzarella Set aside. Spoon 1/3 of meat sauce in a 13x9inch pan. Place half the noodles over sauce. Top with 1/3 of meat sauce and press down. Spoon Cottage cheese mixture over all. cover with remaining noodles and meat sauce Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered for 1 hr. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving350degrees | Lasagna

3: Homemade Noodles | 1 Cup of Flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 2 Tablespoon of water Mix eggs salt and water together. Then add flour. Mix well with hands Flour surface and roll out noodles Cut and let dry.

4: Sausage-Tater Crescent Pizza | 1 package 12 oz sausage 1 can 8 oz crescent rolls 1 cup of frozen shredded hash brown 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 3 tablespoons milk Heat oven to 375 into 8-inch skillet,crumble sausage. Cook over medium-high stirring frequently,until no longer pink. Drain. Place in un greased 13x9- inch pan.Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Spoon sausage evenly over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add remaining r4edients, mix well. Pour over cheese in crust. Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until center is set and edges are deep golden brown. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza

5: Banana Cream CheeseCake Phillip's Favorite 1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cups butter,melted 1 package {8oz} cream cheese softened 1/2 cups sugar 1 carton {8oz} frozen shipped topping, thawed divided 3 to 4 medium firm bananas,sliced 1-3/4 sups of cold milk 1 package 3.4 ounces instant banana cream pudding mix In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar, stir in butter Set aside 1/2 cup of topping. Press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-in square baking pa.Bake at 350 for 5-7 mins.. Cool. In a mixing bowl,beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping. Arrange half of the banana slices in crust:Top with half of the cream cheese mixture.Repeat layers.In a bowl beat milk and pudding mix until smooth;fold in remaining whipped topping.Pour over the cram cheese layer.Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.Refrigerate for1-2 hours or until set

6: 1 package of Lorna Doone Cookies crushed. 1/2 cup melted butter, mix well. Bake 350 for 10 mins 4 cups of vanilla ice cream 2 pkg's chocolate instant pudding 2 cups of milk Mix together pour over the cookie mix add cool whip on top before serving and crush heath bars on top. Refrigerator or until set. | Lorna Doone Desert

7: Texas Cake | 1 Cups butter 4 tablespoons of coca, 1 cup of water, 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2eggs, 1/2 cups of sour cream 1/2 tsp vanilla Put butter,cocoa, water bring to boil and remove from heat. add flour , sugar baking soda salt, eggs and vanilla and sour cream. Mix well bake in 15x18 pan greased and floured. Icing 1/2 cup butter 6 tablespoons of mild 4 tablespoons of cocoa 1 box powder sugar 1tsp vanilla 1 cup copped pecans if desired Icing while hot.

9: Ethel Sugar Cookies | 3/4 cup shortening i use half butter and half shortening, 1 cups of sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Chill overnight Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut and bake at 375 for 6 to 8 mins I use this for Christmas Cookies and Halloween, Valentine Day!! Icing if desired

10: Grandma's Cheese Cake | Beat 1 package 8oz cream cheese until very soft. Blend in 1/2 cups of milk a little at a time and mix until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and pudding mix. Mix in milk a little at a time. Beat at lowest speed of mixer until well blended. About 1 minute. Pour into a 9in graham cracker crust. Chill until firm at least 2 hours.

11: Powder Sugar Icing Mix 2 cups of powdered sugar a couple tablespoons of butter. Add milk very little and vanilla about a 1 tsp. you might need to add more sugar for desired consistency. Add food coloring is desired.

12: Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup {2sticks} Butter 3/4 cups sugar 34 cups packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 12ox. pkg of nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate chips oven 375 Combine flour,baking soda and salt in small bowl.Beat butter sugar,brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl. until c creamy. Add eggs on at a time, beating well after each one. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased bakings sheet. Bake 9 to 11 Minutes. Cool

13: Peanut Butter Blossoms 1/2 cups shortening 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/3 cups sugar 1/3 cups packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 tablespoons of milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1- 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 10-oz pkg of Hershey Mini Kisses Heat oven to 375 Beat together shortening and peanut butter. Beat in 1/3 cup of sugar and brown sugar. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour,baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into peanut butter mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls roll into sugar. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately place 3 chocolate kisses on top of each cookie,pressing down slightly.

14: Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie | 3 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 pkg. {16oz.} frozen mixed vegetables 1/2lb. 8oz.} Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes 1 can {10. 3/4 oz} condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can {8oz.} refrigerated crescent dinner rolls Heat oven to 375 combine first 4 ingredients in 13x9 inch baking dish. unroll dough; place over chicken mixture. Bake 20 to 25 min.or until crust if golden brown.

15: Cheddar Potato Strips | 3 Large potatoes,cut into Strips 1/2 cups milk 1 tablespoon butter salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish arrange potatoes in a single layer. pour milk over potatoes.dot with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper..cover and bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

16: "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." ~George Bernard Shaw | Pizza in a Crescent 1 can 8oz crescent rolls or dinner rolls. 1 package pepperoni slices 4 tablespoons spaghetti or pizza sauce. 1 package of mozzarella cheese slices Heat oven to 375 unroll dough in 4 rectangle .Firmly press to seal into 7x5 rectangles arrange 9 pepperoni slices in center, spread 1 tablespoon sauce. Fold each slice of the cheese in half, place over pepperoni. Fold short sides of dough and almost meet in center,securely pinch edges together leaving middle open.Tuck 4or 5 pepperoni slices in middle opening. Bake 13 to 16 minutes

17: Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels 1 can of 8oz Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing 1/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onion about 4 heat oven to 350 Unroll dough press into 12x8 rectangle pressing to seal edges. Spread dressing onto each rectangle and sprinkle with bacon and cheese and onion. Starting with one short side roll up rectangle press edges to seal with a knife cut each roll into 8 slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 17 Minutes Remove immediately and serve warm
