2: First Course A quarter of a stag This delicious first course is preserved in salt overnight which will surely stimulate your taste buds. Stuffed Chicken A recommended special sprinkled with spices. Loin of Veal This beautiful dish is stuffed with mouth watering fat and seasoned with saffron. All these dishes come with six hard boiled eggs and pies.

3: Second Course The Hog's Head The traditional dish served with grapes and rasberries. Egg yolk chicken Four chickens with egg yolks dribbled onto them, bringing out a zingy flavour. Stuffed capon Served with vegetables. All these dishes come with two goslings, twelve chickens, six rabbits and two herons.

4: Third Course Wafers Jelly Delicious jelly with one half white and the other red

5: Fourth Course Cream with Duc powder This is covered in fennel seeds and preserved in sugar. Plums In rose-water Rose-water used to sweeten the taste. Strawberries Sliced cheese

6: Fifth Course A selection of the finest and most expensive wines served with various pastries.
