3: T | Troy Aikman | Troy Aikman was born 21 November 1966 in West Covina, California.Troy was a the number one draft pick in 1989 and is now #8 QB for the World Champion Dallas Cowboys.He achieved his highest passing yardage total in 1992 (3,445 yards) and posted his highest passer rating in 1993.By 1992 he was named the Most Valuable Player in his first Super Bowl victoryand that same year he was the MVP for the Cotton bowl. .

4: B | Caron Butler | Caron Butler was born March 13 1980 in Wisconsin and went to Connecticut University. He played for the NCAA for four years and led the Huskies to the runner. In the 2005 season he went to the Washington Wizards and got a 5 year contract.

5: C | Colt McCoy | Colt McCoy was born on September 5 1986 in Hobbs, New Mexico and graduated from the University of Texas. He was the starting QB for the Texas Longhorns and is still being watched today to be awarded the Heisman Trophy.On January 5, 2009, McCoy led the Longhorns to 24–21 victory over Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl. McCoy completed 41-of-59 passes for 414 yards, two touchdowns and one interception

6: D | Dirk Nowitzki | Dirk Nowitzki was born on June 19 1978 in Wurzburg, Germany and began playing for the Dallas Mavericks in 2002 in the NBA. He stands 7 feet tall and scores 17 -20 baskets a game. Dirk has played for the Mavericks for 9 years and still is today.

7: E | Earl Campbell | Earl Campbell was born March 29 1955 in Tyler, Texas and was 6 of the 11 children born. He first played football for the Texas Longhorns and then went pro to the Houston Oilers. His nickname was the Tyler Rose in pro football and when he was playing for Texas he won the Heisman Trophy in 1977. He retired from football and began selling sausage for his fans in 1986.

8: F | Forest Creek Club | Forest Creek Golf Club is a private equity club it provides the best golf and residential living experience in the Pinehurst, North Carolina. It is within 1,265 acres of pine forest, and is ranked in GolfWeek Magazine's Top 50 Residential Courses in the United States. The Forest Creek Club also has charming clubhouse, award-winning separate men’s locker room, swimming complex, a spa, tennis courts, and biking and jogging trails.

9: G | Grey Rock Golf Club | When you play at Grey Rock, your likely to be greeted by roadrunners, rabbits, and deer. it it covered with 120 acres of oak trees and was founded in 1992 in Southwest Texas. With more than 200 members and 30,000 rounds of golf played and has been recognized as one of the top 20 public golf courses in Texas by Texas Golfer Magazine. People can also see turkey, deer, and over 40 species of birds reside in the course's wooded surroundings.

10: H | Houston Astros | In 1965 the Astros had been made into a team. Five years later the Astros did something they had never done before — finishing at .500. In the 1970's they began to show improvement, finishing as high as second place in 1978. Since the ballpark opened in 2000, more than 25 million fans have entered the turnstiles of Minute Maid Park.

11: I | Hill Country Inline Club | Hill Country Inline Club is a non-profit recreational fitness skating club that encourages all levels, promotes skating and provides a safe, fun environment for skaters.Inline Skate Coach is Richard Littrell and he was awarded the best coach for the Hill Country Inline Club.

12: J | Jason Kidd | Jason Frederick Kidd was born on March 23, 1973, in San Francisco.Jason was the second overall pick in the 1994 NBA draft and he was the basketball world is still looking on in wonder at 10-time All-Star, NBA superstar and Olympic champion.In 2008 he went to the Dallas Mavericks and he won two Olympic gold medals with the US national team in 2000 and 2008.

13: K | Club Kaboom | Club Kaboom started in 2005 and was started by Shafonia Sumrall and Joseph Bolaños.Club Kaboom is very grateful to have been named one of only 12 "Notable Clubs" listed in an article about the Lone Star Region in the latest USA Volleyball magazine.This season, they are going to carry a maximum of eight teams.

14: L | Lanier 50th Anniversary Gulf Tournament | Lanier 50th Anniversary will start on May 14, 2011 at 1:30pm at Avery Ranch Golf Club. At the golf tournament there will be a sandwich lunch with drinks, tickets prior to play, mulligans, putting contest, buffet dinner after.

15: M | Royal Memorial Stadium | The Royal Memorial Stadium has a seating capacity of 100,000 and its slogan is "Everything is Bigger in Texas" which applies to the Texas Longhorns stadium.The stadium was built in 1924 and the Longhorns played their first game at Memorial Stadium on November 8, 1924. Royal Memorial Stadium is now the largest stadium in Texas because of its capacity and they expand the seats almost every year.

16: N | Nelson Field | Nelson Field was opened in 1965 and was owned by John H. Reagan High School.Nelson Field is a multi-use stadium in Austin, Texas, it serves as home stadium for LBJ High School, Anderson High School, and John H. Reagan High School and the stadium's capacity is 8,800 spectators.

17: O | At 480 acres, there's plenty to do in this expansive park that hosts the July 4th fireworks, Easter egg hunt and live music festivals throughout the year. Located off of Highway 79 Austin Texas, the park houses 2.5 miles of paved hike and bike trails, an 18-hole disc golf course, picnic grounds with eight grills and shelters, concession stands, plenty of playgrounds and sports fields for volleyball, softball and soccer. | Old Settlers Park at Palm Valley

18: P | Texas Paintball Blackhawk Down | . | The Competition park facility offers over 56 acres of fun-filled Paintball action and offers professionally trained Officials and Staff to ensure your visit offers everything paintball has to offer! 19: Q | Quad Four Rowing Sport | Austin Rowing Club was first established in 1899 with 43 charter members and a mission to “promote all aquatic sports” in Austin. The club was founded by the same people who in 1893, 1894 and 1895 hosted the International Regattas in Austin, Texas on Lake McDonaldRowing is a sport in which athletes race against each other on rivers, on lakes or on the ocean, depending upon the type of race and the discipline. The boats are propelled by the reaction forces on the oar blades as they are pushed against the water

20: R | Texas Rangers | On April 1, 1994, is when the Texas Rangers first began playing at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.The Texas Rangers Baseball Club has made four appearances in the MLB post-season, all following division championships in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2010.Ferguson Jenkins was inducted into the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame in 2004.

21: S | Blossom Soccer Stadium | Blossom Soccer Stadium was opened in 1962 in San Antonio, Texas.Its owner is North East ISD and the home teams are Churchill,Johnson,Lee,Mac Arthur,Madison,Reagan, and Roosevelt.Its capacity is 11,000 and the turf is Astroturf.

22: T | Dallas Tigers | The 11U Dallas Tigers – Vanlandingham/Coyne won the USSSA Mother’s Day NIT with a 7 – 2 victory over the Keller Knights. After dropping the opening game in pool play to a tough Southlake Dragons team, the Tigers battled back to win 4 consecutive games and claim their first championship of the spring season. On Sunday the Tigers put on a great offensive show led by Will Quillen and Brady McBride, and had complete game pitching performances by Ryan Snyder and Rye Gunter.

23: U | Ultimate Frisbee | This fast paced non-contact sport was originally called Ultimate Frisbee, but due to trademark issue with the with Frisbee, it is now officially called just Ultimate.The pie-tin people claim Yale students bought Frisbie's pies (undoubtedly a treat in themselves) and tossed the prototype all over Eli's campus. These early throwers would exclaim "Frisbie" to signal the catcher. And well they might, for a tin Frisbee is something else again to catch.

24: V | Vintage Racing | All around the world thousands of competitors are finding, restoring, preserving, driving and racing performance cars from every era of history. In North America there are more than 170 racing events and thousands of other vintage events sanctioned by hundreds of clubs.The Racing equipment costing less than $500 or one can spend over $2,000 and The minimum requirements are a roll-over bar, seat belts, shoulder harness and an in-car fire extinguisher.

25: W | Asics Willowbrook Jrs. Volleyball Club | Asics Willowbrook Volleyball Club is a part of a well-established nationwide club system, USA Volleyball. USAV is a national organization, which promotes and organizes systematic training and competition at the local, regional and national levels. There are over 30 clubs in our area, with each club having at least one team in each age division, from ages 12 to 18. Many clubs, including Willowbrook, also have Men's and Women's Adult teams.

26: X | SoccerfestX | GSSA has recreational teams for ages 3 through 18. Children must be 3 years old by 7/31/2011.The Soccerfestx girls mustchoose to play on an all-girls team at U6. Practice times and locations are determined by the volunteer coaches. Their Uniforms are provided for U4-U6.

27: Y | Yachting | Yachting is the sport of sailing and racing iceboats.An ice yacht is about 40 ft long and carries up to 7 passengers or crew.Watergate Yachting Center was established in 1965 on 45 acres along the south shore of Clear Lake, Texas. With over 1100 slips.

28: Z | Zorbing | Zorbing is an extreme adventure that is done around the world.You are placed in a giant ball and sent rolling down a hill. You can also be strapped in and the ball can be filled with a little bit of water, which feels a lot like being in a washing machine. This might not sound appealing but it's actually a lot of fun. People as young as three and as old as seventy have done this, so if they can do it so can you. Zorbing was mainly found throughout Europe, England and Australia, but it is now also available in Texas
