BC: To Kill a Mockingbird
FC: Atticus Finch
I grew up in a town where I was related to almost everyone,. Simon Finch one of my ancestors. I grew up and marred a beautiful young girl. We had two beautiful children Scout and Jem..
I enjoy reading to Scout and talking to Jem. I'm a lawyer and it is all right. I sometimes feel life is just dragging along. I always viewed life as calm, quiet, and everyone should have the chance to be equal. There should be no judging by color rather by character.
Scout is a fun loving little rascal . Her and Jem spend all of their time together. She can get a little rough with people, and doesn't like to act like much of a girl. Are relationship is very strong and we enjoy reading together when I get home from work. I love her and would never want a better daughter than her.
Jem is a mature, young boy. He enjoys reading sport magazines and playing outside with Dill and Scout.. He is very proud of his name and respects me. He enjoys finding out more about the town and learning about what I do. I enjoy spending all my time with him, but as he is growing up he seems to be growing farther apart in our relationship.
Tim Johnson was a mad dog. He had been caught running the streets one day. All neighbors were warned to stay in their house. I was called home, handed a shotgun, and ordered to shot the dog. I took one shot and hit him right between the eyes. After this event my kids changed their thoughts of me, they saw I was more than a boring, old lawyer.
The Tom Robinson trial was life changing for both me and Maycomb. Tom was accused of hurting Mayella Ewell. During the case I was threatened and scared, not only for my life, but for the Robinson's family and my own. This case had both its truths and lies, but in the end the black never wins. Mayella and Bob Ewell won the case even though it ended up showing Bob hurt his daughter. This trial changed me as a person and showed Maycomb I was supportive of blacks..
My eye glasses and m reading chair both define my character and relax me after a hard days work they show off my judgment and beliefs, but to my kids they just make me look old. My chair is a place for me come home and be with by myself or to build stronger relationships with my family..
"Remember it's a sin to kill a mockingbird." | Atticus overall is there to support everyone no matter their color, character, actions, or what they are accused of. Atticus teaches Scout and Jem that you never harm anything that does no harm to you.
