2: Dear Diary, 1940 Today, I had my first day of school, and I didn't know the town real well, so I didn't know where I lived. I took the wrong street, and I got lost in the middle of Chinese New Year. I stopped in a restaurant and I had to call my dad and tell him to come pick me up. Stepmother then scolded me about how I can't talk to strangers and people that I don't know. 1946 Today, I won the 6th grade election for the spot of president. My class mates were cheering me on and, I felt loved for once. My friends kind of replace what I don't have at home. That is love. My parents don't really care about me, and I can't do anything about it, even if I wanted to. I am glad that I can have the responsibility of taking care of my class. My friends and class mates know that they can count on me. After school, I came home, and my friends secretly fallowed me home.

3: While my friends are cheering, my stepmother called me up stairs to talk to her. I new, by the sound of her voice, that I was going to be in trouble. I walked up stairs and she was standing with my father tapping her foot. I walked in with my head down and she started scolding me. She slapped me across the face so hard that I fell down. She came on top of me and my nose started gushing out blood. I was crying and my dad came up and stopped her from hitting me. I was glad that I could stand up. Stepmother walked out of the room and into the hallway. She was very frustrated and angry. Father told me that all of my friends that were still cheering me on, had to leave the house instantly and NEVER come back. I was trying to soak up all of my tears with my sleeve as; I walked down the stairs, in to the kitchen and told them that they had to go. My best friend, Wu Chon-Mei noticed that my nose was bleeding, and then yelled up stairs that it wasn't fair to me and that she is calling the police. My father called me back up stairs and said that I was moving to Tianjin again. I will never forget how much I loved living here, and how much I am going to miss my Aunt Baba, and my friends.

4: Adeline Yen Mah. Chinese Cinderella: the True Story of an Unwanted Daughter. New York: Delicate 1999. | Adeline's brothers and sisters didn't love her to the maximum that they could. They made a couple nice comments, but they could have been way nicer. | Adeline's brothers and sisters didn't care for too much. Once in a while they would make a nice comment, but usually not.

5: Dear Mom, I miss you so much. You would have been the icing on the cake! Or, probably more then that, you are the missing piece to my puzzle. Stepmother has been driving me completely insane. She has been physically abusing me and I can't take it anymore. Father would be so much happier if you were here. When I lie down at night I dream that you can come back, but I know you won't. People say that when you have hope, anything that you dream can come true. I can't wait for the day that I can come to see you. Father showed me some pictures of you and you were beautiful. He loves you. Father misses you more than anything. My sisters and brothers bring it to my knowledge every day that I was the cause of your death. I am so sorry that you died. Why couldn't it have been me? It seems like everyone would have wanted that to happen, even father. Stepmother has been trying to take your spot of the house. I grew up with her thinking that she was my real mother, but then my brothers and sisters told me the truth and how you died. I miss you, and I could give anything for you to come back. Your Daughter, Adeline Yen Mah

He got much bigger asnd he tured light brown. Jackie soon ruined that love that I shared with PLT by bitting him to death. I then burried him in our garden while stepmother was away.

Play writer: I entered a play writing contest just to see if I could actually take on the job, and I won! I wasn't expecting o win, but they always say, if you have hope, anything can happen, and it did! I got a job and I flew to England to enroll in school and work that job. I will never forget that moment.

10: Chinese Cinderella and regular Cinderella have many things in common, and they have lots of differences. The most major similarity is that they are both unwanted daughters. The stepmother seems to be the evil one in both stories, and Cinderella's siblings wont the nicest people ever. | Comparison!
