3: Mr. Jessie Woods is an active leader. Teaching a class when needed, conducting professional learning community meetings, and collaborating in faculty meetings. He is always involved and is never above helping in any way .

4: Mr Woods working with faculty teams after school in the library planning strategies to meet all students' needs. Mr. Woods and the 3rd grade team meeting during planning period to review data and discuss strategies for each child.

5: Sample agendas for faculty and grade team meetings. Weekly Faculty Meetings always include data. This enables all teachers to be aware of the success of each individual student and to work as a team across grade levels to meet all their needs.

6: We use district criteria to group the students into tiers. Then we transfer the names onto the grouping mat in order to match the student with the skill needed.

7: Data Meetings drive the instruction of each classroom. Teachers use their grouping mats to group students according to the skills identified in the data.

8: Not only do we have interventionists, but teachers are also responsible for using grouping mats to provide their own intervention as well. | Ms. Clark, Kindergarten

10: Ms. Byrd, the interventionist, works very hard to make sure the students grasp each concept.

11: Workstations are a way for students to master the skill taught on their own.
