BC: Voting is important...do it now! Brought to you by the United States Government and Amanda Tomlin.

FC: Civic Literacy Presents: Voting and Significance!

1: Remember the Requirements: age: 18 citizenship: United States, North Carolina, and the county that you have resided in for at least one month!

2: It is extremely important to vote in elections whether it be presidential, congressional, state, or even in your county. Getting your word and your opinion is significant in effecting the outcome of an election and our country!

3: If you don't vote then you can't complain about what is wrong with the government, you could have determined the outcome of election by voting and inspiring others to vote as well! If you are optimistic you look forward to voting and doing your civic duty, but if you are pessimistic you can be inspired to vote by knowing that only forty-two percent of young adults vote which has a major swaying factor to elections (Baruch).

5: You can register to vote by filling out the registration form at any Agency Voter Registration including public schools, DMVs, or libraries, or by mail or online. Bring all of the necessary documents and records before the registration deadline!
