BC: The Aztecs had an influence on the current Mexican flag. The story is that the Gods told the Aztecs that they would know where to build their capital city because they would see an eagle with a snake in it's mouth, perched on a cactus, rooted on an island. This scene is the logo on today's Mexican flag.
