1: Stress is the bodies reaction to a typically negative change that requires a physical, mental, or emotional adjustment or response.

4: School can cause a tremendous amount of stress for students. Handling the responsibilities of multiple teachers' assignments, homework, and projects, can be a lot for some to deal with.

5: For some people, home may cause them stress. Based on different situations they may deal with, from financial to abuse.

6: Friendships can become stressful at times, to maintain friends who are trustworthy, and reliable is almost impossible.

7: Relationships can cause stress as well. Maintaining time for your significant other on top of managing friends, school, and a stable home life can be difficult at times, resulting in stress.

9: Stress can effect you mentally, emotionally, and physically.

10: Emotional/Mental: Moodiness Short temper Agitation, inability to relax Feeling overwhelmed Sense of loneliness and isolation Depression or general unhappiness | The Consequences

11: Physical: Aches and pains Nausea, dizziness Chest pain, rapid heartbeat | of Stress.

12: Although you can not completely eliminate stress from your life, there are ways you can maintain it.

13: Doing things such as yoga, exercise, and maintaining a healthy diet can help you be a well balanced, unstressed person.
