One upon a time there was a little girl who never seemed to learn her lesson. Maybe you have heard of her? Does the name Goldilocks sound familiar? She is the girl who always messes with other people's stuff. Here is her story. We will start right after she left the bears’ house, when the story really starts. | 1

Goldilocks sprinted faster than ever before trying to escape the angry bears. Her shining hair was flying everywhere, clouding her vision, and hiding her sobs. Her clothes were torn in half by the forest of trees. She was almost out of breath, when she saw it. | 2

What she saw was the road dead-end in a meadow full of sunflowers where a wooden ladder stood, shining in the golden sun. It was leading up into the puffy, white clouds. She climbed up the ladder, overcome with curiosity. It seemed like it had been forever when she finally reached the top. Goldilocks quickly climbed off the pine ladder and carefully took a step onto the soft grass. | 3

Goldilocks stumbled along the gravel path, completely out of breath when a little white cottage made of stone and straw came into sight. She had to use all her remaining strength to open the heavy wooden door. The first thing she saw was a beautiful glass table which held three three bowls of frosted flakes that looked as though they had been forgotten. She tried the first bowl of frosted flakes, but it was too soggy and wet. | 4

She tried the second bowl but it was too dry. Then she tried the last bowl, and it was just right. After she scarfed down the cereal, she sat down to rest. The first chair was too fluffy, the second way too hard, the last though was just right. Goldilocks was very tired from the run in the woods, and went to look for a bed. She climbed the stairs and saw one bed, but it had too many covers. She tried the next bed, | 5

bed but it had too few covers. She tried the last bed and it was just right, so she fell into a peaceful sleep. All of a sudden Goldilocks woke to hear the heavy door open with a loud bang and then slam close. She jumped up; then she heard a deep voice say, “Who has been eating my cereal?” Then a high voice say, “All of mine is gone. Why is it gone?!” She was very scared, too scared to move. What if this house was full of bears too? She was still tired from the last encounter with the bears. | 6

Goldilocks heard them pounce up the stairs. The brown wood door slammed against the wooden frame. The Kitties burst in, “Mommy who is sleeping in my bed?!” Hello Kitty cried. “Get out of my house!” Papa Kitty bellowed at Goldilocks. Quickly, she ran from their house and didn't look back | 7

Goldilocks ran and had to find the wooden ladder and climbed down so fast she got blisters. She sprinted through the woods so fast she didn't see were she was going. She suddenly fell through a hole in the ground and fainted. | 8

When she opened her eyes, she found herself in Barbie World complete with every Barbie product ever sold.....The Dream House looked inviting! Here we go again! Why can't she just learn that you shouldn't just assume everything is yours to use? The End | 9
