BC: The End
FC: By: Ashley Lopez | Huck Finn | "The Morality of the Heart"
We will be going on a journey to discover the way Huckleberry Finn can make moral decisions.
Huckleberry Finn always finds a way to have moral conflicts with himself on how he lies about a situation. He puts himself in situations that he has to lie repeatedly and go by what his conscience feels is best for him.
Huck's father lies to him about life so then that is when Huck argues with his conscience to see if its right or wrong.
In this picture below it is showing Huck sleeping after trying to use the gun to shoot his father. Huck tells his father a different story. He tells him that a robber was trying to come in and he was using it as protection. When it was really to shoot pap.
In this picture to the left is where Huck is lying to two gentlemen about his raft. He tells the two men that the raft is holding his father that has the chicken pox. The real truth is that Jim is hiding on the raft from the two men looking for a slave that ran away.
In the pictures to the left it is showing you that Huck is on another adventure to seek his fatal conscience. He tells the lady that he is a girl going to her uncles farm but takes a rest because "shes" been traveling all day. He tells the woman a fake name but later on she quizzes him and fails. Huck acts like a complete boy and it gives her the hint that Huck is not a girl. He also messes up on the name he gives her, later on she asks him what his name was and he adds another name along with it saying its "her" full complete name.
In the picture to the left shows Jim looking into a home (paps) and sees a dead man. little does Huck know that it is his father. Jim had the decision to tell Huck but he chose not to because he cares about Huck and doesn't want him to suffer knowing his father died.
In the pictures to the right, it shows Huck stealing spoons and some knives, forJim's escape. He also lie to her about the spoons and a bed sheet they took also a piece in the plan to help Jim escape. They used a lot of utensils to help him get out the cabin. He lied to aunt Sally about him being Tom Sawyer, when he was really Huckleberry Finn.
Huck makes it an adventure instead of real life. He makes his life out of a game & not so serious. If its the moment to be serious he comes straight to business.
