FC: The life of a star. By: Matthew West
To anything or anyone who takes the time to read this. More importantly to anyone who enjoys it. Also, to Isaac Wilson for being a "human spell-checker".
-Day 1: Hi I am a star shining down on all of you. Well not yet anyway. My parent was a supernova who had to die for me to be born. Don't worry I was adopted by nice star people who have a nice happy family. They named me “Fredward” which is an acronym for a secret, which you will find out at the end of the book. | -Day 2: My mommy says that because I am really big I will become a supernova, just like my parent. I turn into my next stage of life until I get some nuclear fusion. then I will be a Main-sequence star. But because I am so far away from you, your generation may never see my light.
This is a picture of my real parent. It is a supernova. I never met it because it had to die for me to be alive. Don"t be sad! We stars are used to this so this is why we all get adopted.
-Day 9,999 million: I know has been a while since my last entry but I would simply like to Add that I am no longer a “baby” I am now “main-sequence star” because I have received the gift of nuclear fusion from the star elders. They are dwarfs who are wise and give new stars who have proved them selves this grand gift. | -Day 12 million: Hello, F.R.E.D.W.A.R.D here again. I decided to tell you about my current stage more in depth. I am growing to be like a famous person who you call “sun” but his real name is “H.W.R.I.T.S or He who rises in the sky.” Luckily if I keep a healthy diet of hydrogen and helium I will not get fat because I have a "stable amount" of fusion in me. I have become hotter in tempeture in this stage. This is the longest stage in my life so I may write often.
This is a picture of a famous "Main sequence star" you call "sun".
-Day too hard to count to: I am now a "red super giant star". I am, as my name suggests, very large. So don't call be fat or I may explode, literally. I am "not very common" among the star "kinds". But I don't mind being "different" is good. We can live in "small clusters" of stars like us. This is a very short "term" of my life and I am preparing for a "supernova", well me becoming one anyway. | -day too hard to count to 2: As a final note before I become a "supernova" if you try looking for "one of my kind" good luck because there are only about "200 of us in "known-existence".
This is a picture of a "red-super giant.
-day does it matter? I am now a "white-dwarf star". As the name suggest I am very small and "white in color". I am the "aftermath" of a "supernova". All of my "fusion" has stopped. I'm losing heat as well. Sooner or later I will "shrivel up and die" because this is the last stage of my "life". So good-bye.
This is a picture of a "white dwarf star".
