BC: REFLECTION | I believe that this mixbook assignment was very useful in discovering a little bit more about who we are as millennials. It is important to know the traits and characteristics of millennials becuase it will allow us to understand one another better. I enjoyed creating this mixbook becuase it gave me the opportunity to expand on my millennial qualities as well as think about how I demonstrate these qualities in my everyday life. | hmm...

1: SPECIAL | Millennials are leaders who stand out among the rest. | Through many high school experiences I have gained the opportunity to stand out from the crowd and prove myself as an individual.
2: SHELTERED | Millennials are well protected from danger in an attempt to provide a safer environment. My parents are extremely over-protective of me becuase they want to keep me out of harm's way.
3: CONFIDENT | Millennials have an optimistic outlook on challenges, influence others in a positive way, and rise to meet higher standards. | I always approach challenges with a positive outlook, I encourage others, and I never lower my standards under any conditions.
4: TEAM-ORIENTED | Millennials develop tight bonds with their peers and are influenced greatly by peer pressure. | I rely on my friends to support me and provide their own ideas and advice in any situation.
5: C O N V E N T I O N A L | Millennials take pride in improving themselves by following the rules in order to reach success and always be the best. | I always strive to be the best at what I do, I am usually not willing to risk failure, and I always focus on the path to success.
6: PRESSURED | Millennials are considered the "trophy-kid" because they are always pressured to excel and take advantage of opportunities. My parents, teachers, and coaches encourage me everyday to use my strengths to excel in order to be the best I can possibly be.
7: ACHIEVING | Millennials are known as "the next greatest generation" because they have high standards and expecations which help them to rise to the top. | My parents, teachers, and coaches have high expectations of me which causes me to challenge myself by setting high goals.
