1: Mexican food is the best because I am 100% Mexican, all of my family loves to make a lot of food in one plate like rice, bean, meat with condiment of avocado and salsa. When my mom makes the delicious food it makes me enjoy eating. My family believes to eat a lot of Mexican food and our festival too. In Mexico, my families work at the restaurant there, they always tells to my mom to make new food that my mom doesn't know about the new idea of foods. My mom is really good at cook and creative with tons of foods!
3: The food pyramid is to show you for what you need to eat the right food and eat well everyday. Each of group had the color symbol of represented. The reason to set of the Food pyramid is to get better health for people to live more longer, keeping in shape and looking good too.
5: Nutrition is good health snacks and use good balance meals. Watch for what you are eating and make a good choice to eat the right health food, its the best way to eat right food. And I know cookies, cake and soda are delicious food but its bad and unhealthy would make overweight too much so be careful what you eat. The body needs nutrition.
7: Mexican foods always eat with tortillas and beans all the times like meat with rice, bean and tortillas and Mexican food famed to put salsa on any foods on it like tacos, meat rice. People always put topping on the cake of cupcakes, donuts and etc. lot of creative to look colorful of dessert and taste so good like you cant resist eating them. The most popular topping is cajeta on the cake of juice bottom.
8: The Conclusion Mexican loves to add the condiment like ketchup, mustard, salsa and others. Most Mexican tends to eat all the food with condiment like tacos, nachos. soup and snacks or any foods with a lot of slathers. Even Mexican always put a lot of creative the food with burst of color like show too colorful with foods.
9: My mom's name is Beatriz Leyva. My mom makes a delicious food! She always make alot of foods everyday like I can't resist. I love her so much with all my heart!
