FC: Welcome to the Winter Weight Loss Nutrition Plan narrated by Santa Claus HO HO HO! I need to lose some weight myself!

1: In the morning sit down for a glass of Orange Juice and Quaker Oatmeal high in fiber and carbohydrates. Oatmeal has just 120 calories per pack and Orange Juice has 122 calories per cup. Ho Ho Ho Mrs. Clause makes me the best oatmeal. :D

2: For Lunch you can have a nice chicken salad it has 417 calories and a nice glass of Fat Free milk which has 86 calories. Ho Ho Ho !

3: Or you can enjoy Two slices of pizza HO HO HO at 590 calories. Pizza is my favorite food after cookies and milk :D.

4: For dinner you can have a nice Braised paprika chicken that is only 500 calories and a glass of lemonade that is typically 41 calories HO HO HO !

5: Or you can enjoy a nice spaghetti bolognese which can help fight cancer HO HO HO HO! It has 481 calories and isTerrific!

6: Remember stay healthy and keep off the naughty list HO HO HO ! Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night !!! And remember don't eat these foods. No matter how tempting.........

8: You can also try these healthy snacks HOHOHO in case you get hungry! Well I gotta go enjoy the elves as they make presents MERRY CHRISTMAS !!

10: So you probably want a body somewhat similar to this right? Well, with this exercise plan you will be on the right track to getting a body like this.

12: So you are probably wondering how to lose weight fast, right? Well heres how to start! | In the morning after you get eat the breakfast we recommended for you.. Get on the elliptical and start to do a leg workout to wake up in the morning. Do this for about 20-30 minutes

13: Ok we know working at Geico can be difficult at times so try to take it easy at work and make sure the Geico Lizard doesn't eat any of your lunch we recommended you. | After work go straight to your house or you can go to the gym. And begin the 20-30 minute elliptical workout. If you can last longer, go longer | Do this for about three weeks to get your legs ready for some running. Sounds fun right?
