1: What is Obesity? | If a person's bodyweight is at least 20% higher than it should be, he or she is considered Obese. | Obesity is also the most prevalent, preventable health problem in the United States and the world. | Dictionary Definition: Fleshiness; more than average fatness.
2: Symptoms | Large body frame; Difficult in doing daily activities; Breathlessness; Sweating a lot; Snoring; Difficult sleeping; Feeling tired every day; Back and Joint pains

4: How is Obesity caused? | Obesity is a complex disease for which no single cause or cure exist. If one of your parents is obese, you are 3 times as likely to be obese; Emotional stress, anxiety, depression or chronic pain can lead to overeating; Some people eat to calm themselves; Distressing events such as childhood sexual, physical, or emotional abuse; Loss of parents during childhood
