BC: Odysseus traveled to many locations; these stops were just a few. If you are interested in any other of Odysseus's stops, please look at our other plans. Thank you and hope you have a good time!

FC: Travel in Odysseus's footsteps!

1: Our tour will be ten days long. During those days, you'll visit the places where Odysseus traveled. It will be like traveling in time. Let's see where you'll be going to!

2: You'll travel to twelve locations. Each of those locations represent an event that Odysseus faced.

3: Our journey starts at Hissarlik in Turkey, where the Battle of Troy took place.

4: Next is Island of the Cicones, on the south coast of Thrace of mount Ismara.

5: The Cicones were a tribe, that Odysseus stole from. Odysseus and his men took wine and the animals of the Cicones. Men were attacked by the Cicones and Odysseus fled away from the island.

6: Djerba is the home of the Lotus-Eaters. | The Lotus-Eaters tricked Odysseus's men, by feeding them the lotus.

7: The Lotus hypnotized the men and made them want to stay and forget about their homes and families.

8: In Djerba there are many luxurious hotels.

9: In Djerba, Tunisia there is the Hotel Sun Club Djerba. The price for a room starts at $60 a night.

10: Sicily is the island home of Polyphemus, the cyclops Odysseus encountered.

11: Odysseus stabbed the cyclops in the eye, to escape from his prison.

12: Aeolian Islands is the home of Aeolus, the king of wind. | Make sure not to wear a hat.

13: Odysseus received a bag of wind from Aeolus, but Odysseus's men open the bag. The powerful wind took them back to Aeolian.

14: You'll go back to Sicily, so don't worry you'll have enough time to look around. It is also the home of the Laestrygonians. | Laestrygonians are a tribe of giant cannibals. Odysseus and his men fled back to the main ship, but many men were eaten.

16: Aeaea is a mythical island, where Circe the witch lives. | The tour will go to Rhodes, a popular Greek island. It has the some of the best beaches, archaeological sites, restaurants and nightlife in Greece.

17: During Odysseus's journey Circe turned his men into pigs.

18: Hades is the place of the underworld. It is the home of the God of the underworld and his wife, Persephone, goddess of the underworld. Our tour will go to Lesvos Island Hot Springs; the temperature will make it feel like you are in Hades.

19: Odysseus went to the underworld to see Teiresias. Teiresias told Odysseus about what will be waiting for him, at the end of his journey.

20: Sirenum scopuli is the home of the Sirens. It is an island located between Sorrento and Capri. The tour will make a stop at Sorrento.

21: Odysseus had to be tied to a post, because he was under the Sirens' singing spell.

22: Straits of Messina is the home to Charybdis.

23: Charybdis tired to pull Odysseus's ship under water and drown his men.

24: Calypso, the nymph lived on Gozo, which is part of the Maltese archipelago.

25: Calypso kept Odysseus with her for seven years.

26: Paliki is a peninsula of Kefalonia, and one of the Ionian Islands. It is suggested to be the location for Ithaca, but the actual location is unknown.

27: The tour includes a stop to Paliki and then you will get to decide, if Paliki is really Ithaca's location.
