1: When trying to get hired you have to fill out an application, so i can know if you fulfill the needs i am looking for. The things i am looking for is how many hours you can work, the days you can work ,how well you work with people and how well you do with customers.

2: The working hours are from 3-7pm or from 7:30-11:00pm. So when you come into work you need to clock in or sign in and tell what time you came in. When its time for you to get off you can clock out or sign out and tell what time your leaving. If you are coming in late u need to call me within an hour or two and let me know, if you don't tell me then I am going to count that as a tardy and when you get to three that's a right up and you only get three of those. You have an hour lunch break, if you want to go somewhere and eat you have to be back within in a hour. If you are going on a break you get a 30 min break meaning you can do whatever you want you just need to be back within that hour and no later. On special holidays we are closed. If you plan on taking a vacation you need to let me know in time so I can have someone take your place. If you are sick I need for you to call me early in the morning so I can find someone to replace you, and you need to bring a doctors note letting me know you were sick.

3: If you work for my company then you will get free life insurance for you and tour family, free dental insurance, and free health insurance. But if you quit or get fired you have to pay us back at least $400 for all them together. My company will give out discount cards for the store in case you want to buy something and you want to pay as much, your only allowed to use the card if you are working here, and you get a new card every month. We also offers dog clothing for the winter time, because some dogs want to go outside and when they do, they want be as cold as if they had nothing on outside.

4: If i plan on firing you its only because you are not doing your job correct or because you have over 3 rights up. And you get right ups for being late, not having an excuse, or your not doing something right. My rule for laying off, if our business starts to run real slow and we don't have much customers as we did in the start. I only will reemploy you if I see you really want to come back and if i see you come back and you start to slack no if, ands, or buts i am firing you and you want be able to work here every again. If i resign you that means someone is taking over your job because you was not doing a very well job at it because you were slacking and you just might get fired.
