1: presentation authority program : software designed to develop materials for presentations including slide shows, computer-based presentations, speaker notes, and audience handouts | slides: on screen page for use in a PowerPoint slide show

2: handouts: in power point, hard copies of a presentation that are printed for distribution to an audience showing one or more slides per page. | notes page: hard copies of a power point presentation that contains a miniature version of each slide plus the text added in the notes

4: normal view: a view in power point that divides the presentation window into three sections | object: a graphic or other item or set of items that can be moved and resized as a single unit
