FC: Working Towards the Money
1: I was demanding and determined to succeed in making my business well known. I only used to best resources at hand to ensure that my customers were %110 satisfied with our company. Every decision was made to ensure the gratitude of every patron for they are the only factor in the success of my company. If I make my customers happy I get the chance to expand, and once I became well known, the money followed afterwards.
2: The policies for my business was one of my reasons for success. Every cook in any location was required to have a degree in the culinary arts. Also everyone on my waiting staff was required to take a course in people skills to provide a pleasant experience with all customers. Although the staff had to put forth a lot of their time they were well compensated with a wide variety of benefits to ensure that they were informed that their dedication was appreciated not only by me but by the customers. When my employees were all satisfied along with my customers I was able to keep my business on track towards expansion.
3: Once I had established 20 locations along the east cost in 2 different states I was able to purchase a home. My home includes a pool and 20 acres of property. It took 4 years of saving to get this home. At this point I was still driving my old beat up vehicle and living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Expenses were low so I could focus on the rise of my business and sure enough it was a success.
4: After 8 years of a growing business I was owner of 40 locations that expanded throughout 8 states. My business had been listed in magazines and praised due to my high standards for my employees. At this point my business was receiving praise from all around. Although my lifestyle was becoming more expensive, I was very easily able to cover it due to my money making business. Not to mention I was able to purchase my 2012 Audi a8.
5: After 12 years of my growing business I was a nation wide phenomenon. I was the owner of 80 locations across the map. Located in 20 states my business was thriving. Although I wasn't a huge chain like McDonald's or anything like that, my business brought higher standards. It's not a 5 star restaurant, but we offer a very pleasant eating atmosphere at a certain cost. After 12 years of business however I was able to take my family to the beaches of Italy for an entire summer.
