1: The People of Thailand: | Ethnic Groups: 75% of people are Thai, 14% of people are Chinese, and the remaining 11% are grouped as other Religions: 94.6% of people are Buddhist, 4.6% are Muslim, and 0.7% are Christian. Most People live in villages. There, traditions are stronger than in the cities. Life centers around the wat, or Buddhist Temple. People go to the wat on holy days, as well as for medical aid, to learn the latest news, and to visit with their friends.

2: The Climate of Thailand: | The climate of Thailand is Tropical; Rainy, warm, cloudy southwest monsoon (mid May to September); dry, cool northeast monsoon (November to mid March); southern isthmus is always hot and humid.

3: The Geography of Thailand: | Location: Southeastern Asia, bordering the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, it is south of Burma. Elevation Extremes: The Lowest Point, Gulf of Thailand 0m. The Highest Point, Doi Inthanon 2,576m. Area: Total- 513, 120 square kilometers

4: The Leaders of Thailand: | Yingluck Shinawatra (born 21 June 1967), or nickname Pu, is a Thai businesswoman and politician, member of the Pheu Thai Party, and the 28th Prime Minister of Thailand following the 2011 general election. Yingluck is Thailand's first female Prime Minister.

5: The Government of Thailand: | Government Type: Constitutional Monarchy Thailand is a Market Economy. The Capital of Thailand is Bangkok. Foreign Policy: During the Vietnam War, Thailand side with the United States. Today the two nations remain on friendly terms. Thailand has also sought good relations with China. Thailand's relations with Vietnam were strained after the Vietnamese invaded Cambodia in 1979. By the early 1990's, relations had improved.
