1: The Great Depression was caused by many factors. The factories had produced more product then people could buy. | Society as a whole had become too dependent on credit and not savings. | These are two of the issues, that caused the stock market to crash, which effected everyone.

4: Life in The Great Depression was very hard. Many people had lost their jobs. Losing their jobs, caused them to loose their homes, families, and their whole way of lifestyle.

5: Everyone was effected by The Great Depression. There wasn't a single person or child that wasn't dealing with these extremely difficult times.

8: The Great Depression ended sometime in 1939, a little before World War 2. WW2 caused the Depression to end. Because of the war there were more openings for jobs, and people starting spending more money again. This stopped the depression, but then we joined the war.
