1: We just got off the bus!

2: Mr. Robby is showing us some items Civil War soldiers would use. He is showing us how they would stay warm if they were really cold at night.

3: I loved going to Mr. Robby, he was so funny! I can't believe times were that hard on the soldiers. I would hate to be a Civil War soldiers!

4: After we has some fun with Mr. Robby we went over to Mr. butch and Ms. Margaret. Mr. Butch told us about the Creek Indians.

5: Wow, Ms. Margaret brought us down to the fresh water spring that the Harrison's used to wash and store milk.

6: When Ms. Margaret brought us down to the the spring she told us many things. I found out that the Harrison's took baths in the same water, gross! One thing i really didn't like was that boys had to bring full buckets of water all the way from the spring to the house!

7: After the creek we got on the tractor, Mr. butch said he was going to take us on a hayride!


9: After the hayride we went over to the log house. When we got there we met Ms. Mellisa.

10: When we got inside the log house we sat down on the floor and Ms. Mellisa said that it took three months to make a shirt for a kid. She also said the girls were the ones who made the clothes.

11: This is what the kitchen looked like.

12: After the log house we went down to the cellar with Ms. Jeanene. She showed us how the Harrison's would store food for the winter, like squirrels.

13: After the cellar we went out to the Medicine Garden. there we learned that different plants can heal you depending on what symptoms you have. +++

14: After the medicine garden we went to learn about how to make candles.

15: After the candles we went over to the family cemetery. We also learned that they didn't name their babies until six months of age.

16: After the cemetery we went over to the smoke house. I learned that the Harrison's, to store food, they would put food on shelves on poor salt ALL over them to keep them fresh for months.

17: After the smoke house we learned about how their cotton. Then we got to pick our own cotton.!

18: After the smoke house we went over to the field. There we met Mr. Hank, he trans Border Collies to round sheep, this dogs name is Cap.

19: After Mr. Hank we settled down and had lunch.

20: attention. | Grab bullet. | Get bullet out of paper | load bullet | FIRE | Watching Mr. Robby fire his gun was cool, what a field trip.
