12: Yisrolly was born 56 minutes before Chanukah started, but without a doubt, he is our Chanukah baby! This year we celebrated his birthday on the first night of Chanukah after we came back from Freemont st. As you could see the donuts were a huge hit! Then again it was Chanukah!!
15: Sara and Rochy were in the DTA school quior! This was the first performance for this year and they were great! They also sang at an old age home, at the DTA Chanukah Bash and at Tivoli Village
18: Molly and Becca are my happy thoughts. They bring so much sunshine, laughter and joy into our home. I'm always fascinated by their wild imaginations. They inspire me to be daring, take chances and dream. I am so grateful for my little giggly girls. Life would not be the same without them.

23: Because Mendel was learning in Cheder Menachem this year, we went into California to be with him as often as we were able to. Mendel came home for a few days over Chanukah, and then we drove him back to California because he had school and we stayed with him during our vacation The Gordons were our gracious hosts. | Vacation | Winter
25: 2012 | Sand Dunes Park has long been a favorite of our family. The kids have a blast climbing the huge sand dune and running down it and it great exercise! Not to mention it also knocks them out and everybody sleeps really well!!
26: First we took a ferry to Balboa Island, and then Tatty took the bigger kids biking. Mommy and Yisrolly stayed in the park and waited and Mendel was in Cheder

35: In honor of Bobby Grauman's 60th birthday, mommy and Yisrolly flew to South Africa together with Aurit and Chani. Once there they met up with the rest of the family for a birthday bash week. From the surprise at the airport, to the planned week off work, from a grand photo shoot, to a video, book and calendar, everything was a surprise! | South Africa Here We Come!

45: In keeping with our tradition of dressing up all together on Purim day< this year we were ready for the "big game."We dressed up as a team of referee's and handed out everything you would choose to snack on during a game.
46: This year Yosef Yitzchok turned three! His birthday was on Friday, so he was the Shabbos Abba in school. On Sunday we had a big upsherenish party for him at Chabad. Our theme was "building the Bais Hamikdosh" So many people helped us to set up and the room looked amazing. As always special thanks goes to Morah Esther, without her we would never have been able to do it. On Tuesday Tatty wrapped Yosef in a tallis and we went into Rabbi Lazarus" s class for his "hachnosas le'cheder. Mazal Tov Yosef Yitzchok ! May we always have lots of nachas from you!

55: This year we did something we have never done over Pesach before. We went away for one night and two days equipped with lots of apples, hard boiled eggs and oranges. We had a wonderful time at Bryce Canyon and the bigger kids even got a chance to go down with Tatty into the Canyon. | Pesach

72: On our way back to Las Vegas we stopped at Red Canyon where we took a hike, posed for loads of pictures and even made our very own amazing Hoodoo (doodoo!!) | Red Canyon

79: Rochy's turning 8! | Rochy had a Hawaiian party with our giant water slide, friends and a special Hawaiian cake. We spent the day in our garden, and the kids had a blast climbing up and then sliding down the slide, into the water. Rochy gave a beautiful d'var Torah and made us very proud. Of course there was no shortage of meat from the bbq or nosh! What a fun day!
80: Wow! Today was Motty's hanochas tefillin! Just two months until the Bar Mitzvah! We all got to shul early and while the men davened, the girls set up the breakfast table with lots of home baked cookies. Unfortunately Mendel couldn't be with us, but we were able to send him a plate of goodies as the Sherman's were leaving for LA. Motty did a great job! 1 down and two to go!!

95: San Diego Zoo
97: While we were in San Diego for Jason and Brooks wedding, we took full advantage of the sights there are to see. On our first day we watched as sky divers jumped off the mountain. On day two we spent our day with Morah Esther and the Pittermans in the San Diego Zoo. On day three, we found ourselves, with Morah Esther in the San Diego Wild Animal Park! Everybody really had fun and as an extra bonus, we were also able to choose souveniers!
102: We decided that feeding the giraffes was fun, but $5 for three leaves was pushing it a bit! so we watched while other people fed them and then were able to snap a few pictures!

106: OUR BIG TRIP! NEW YORK HERE WE COME!! In honor of Motty's bar mitzvah, and to meet our family from Brazil, we got to spend three amazing weeks in New York. After months of counting down the days, the big day finally arrived. Morah Esther came to our house at 3:30am to take us to the airport!
108: The big day! Motty's Bar Mitzvah!! The day began in 770 where we joined the minyan. After davening Motty and the guys got together for a farbrengen, where Motty said the ma'amar and everyone enjoyed some lechayim and cake. After that we went to the Ohel and from there we went to Mendy's for a lunch seudah in honor of the bar Mitzvah. Then we rushed home to get ready for a wonderful Shabbos which we all spent together at Uncle Yehuda and Aunt Penina's home! Mazal Tov Motty! May we continue to have only nachas from you!!
117: The Twins from France we saw this car parked on Kingston Ave.
121: The night before she left New York, was Miriam's ninth birthday. After supper at Irit, We all went over to celebrate with her. We had ice cream and cake and lots of fun. We hope it wont be to long before we are together again.
124: Ellis Island | What a full day! We started out very early in the morning so that we would catch our boat to The Statue Of Liberty. After spending a few hours there, we headed out for Ellis Island. By the time we got back to Crown Heights, everyone was very tired and hungry!
125: How exciting is this! We are standing right outside 770 Eastern Parkway, all together!

133: White Water Walk | When we finally got here, after a 9 hour drive, we went to find out how to best use our time. We ended up buying passes to the people movers, Niagara's Fury, Maid of the Mist, The journey T behind the falls and the white water walk. It was a good decision. The bigger kids loved the 3D show ofNiagara's Fury, and the younger kids enjoyed the people mover! Maid of the Mist won first place for the best thing we did,except that Yosef likes boats where you don't get wet! Niagara Falls was well worth the drive,and we were so grateful that we could go onto both the American and Canadian sides! | NIAGARA
136: We all had a blast at Niagara Falls.These pictures were taken, from the American side (except for the night view picture of the American Falls) on our way back to New York. We stopped for lunch and one hour just to see the view from both sides.
142: When Tatty went to Florida, to visit Zaidy, we spent our Sunday with Irit! The first part of our day we spent in FAO Schwartz, where we played with toys and our minds were blown away by the giant candies they had. From there we went to the M and M Factory, which was so super cute. We ended off by eating a yummy supper in Manhattan and running home in the pouring rain!! | FAO SCHWARTZ

150: This is the newest floor of the JCM, and it was absolutely amazing. We got to see Avrohoms tent, Sorah prparing for guests, Rivka at the well, Yosef in Mitzrayim, and loads of other people and places that we learn about in school!

158: The last Shabbos that we were in New York, we got to spend with Tamar and Chaya Leah Dickel in Monsey! (Shmuli was in camp) We had a wonderful time catchinng up with old neighbors and just enjoying the peaceful country like atmosphere of Monsey. On Friday, Tamar took us shopping in Rockland Kosher and we found a special birthday cake, so we could celebrate Sara'le's 10th birthday which was that Shabbos! Mazal Tov Sara'le! Thank you Dickels
159: Saying goodbye to the Montreal camp busses. Have loads of fun Motty. We will miss you.!
160: We were very excited to have the opportunity of visiting the Rebbe's library while we were in Crown Heights. We got to see the Rebbs's shtender and chair and lots ofvery old seforim. The girls were especially happy to see Rebbetzin Chana's siddur. After the library we went passed the Rebbe and Rebbetzins house.
