The people in The Second Continental Congress faced 3 important decisions. | 2. Who should they choose to lead the new army. | 3. If they should declare independence from Great Britain. | 1. Organize the colonies for war.

2: The Articles Of Confederation BY: Cody Gast, Mary O'Connor, and Christian Leffingwell

3: Strengths Of The Articles Of Confederation 1. To declare war and make peace 2. To coin and burrow money. 3. To detail with foreign (countries other then America or where you live.) and sign treaties. 4. To operate post offices.

4: Weaknesses Of The Articles Of The Confederation 1. Did not have the power to tax. 2. There was no national Army or Navy. 3. Each state could issue it's own paper money.
