FC: A review in pictures 2014

2014 Another year as we travel this path together. We've had some new adventures and are always changing and growing along the way.

COLD!! The only way to describe this horrible winter is cold. We had record-breaking, sub-zero temperatures as our normal this winter. We tried to stay busy and warm as we could. There was lots of time at the children's museum and playing inside at home. Cabin fever is such an under-statement!

Cutout heart cookies to take to school for all of our friends!

Eating some of our sweet Valentine treats together! | Surprise! Sneaking a little gift in dad's suitcase. | yup. we made this heart garland ourselves!

Ethan was the last of our 4 kids to catch a nasty flu bug. He maintained a high temperature for days on end. Dad really noticed some bad breathing so we took him in to get checked out. We found out that he had pneumonia. They admitted him to the hospital and he ended up staying for 2 nights. Mom and Dad took turns staying over night with him. It was pretty scary the first night! Ethan was such a good patient and all the nurses loved him. We were sure happy to get out of there and go home though! | Our Little Trooper! | In the E.R. | Resting in my own room. | Feeling better & watching cartoons.

Isabelle got to make her first car with Dad for a pine wood derby held for AWANA. She designed and painted the car herself. She didn't win a trophy but it was still fun! | Pine Wood Derby!

Isabelle's First official recital went great! She did a ballet dance to "The Mexican Hat Dance" and she did a tap routine to "Turkey in the Straw" She did great! | Dance | Recital
