S: TIN ALLEY LIVE AT MOOMBA
1: TIN ALLEY MOOMBA 2010 March 05 2010 Tin Alley hit the Moomba Rhythms stage showcasing some of the groups latest and hottest material. Playing tracks Crossing Paths, Out Of Control and even adding the pulp fiction intro to Not Me and working up the audience with the God Father guitar solo on the intro to Polar Bear. The jam packed 60 minute set was full of surprises - If you have ever seen a Tin Alley show then you will know but for those who have not had the honor let me break it down..There was throwing of sticks /standing on the drums / jumping on fold back wedges and to top off the stage antics a couple of enthusiastic school kids also tried to jump the Moomba Rhythms stage barricade to touch Jimmys guitar it was a treat - although not something I would recommend doing. ' Moomba for me is the holy grail of Festivals' quoted by Jim Siourthas (Front Man) 'its not just a festival its an honor to be apart of this fest - we had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves'. Tin Alley have joined an accolade of artists who once graced the Moomba fest such as ABBA, Neil Diamond and ACDC. The Moomba Festival has long been one of Melbourne's most cherished events. In fact, so iconic is this waterside festival that some Melbournians haven't missed a single year in its 55 year history.
