BC: A Good Beginning Makes a Good Ending
FC: REVIEW | a year in
1 John 4:19 "We love, because he first loved us."
We had a crazy year; full of new friends, new experiences, and new challenges. One thing we learned from this year is that we need to keep our relationship in prayer and have faith in God's plan and God's timing. | RIP Granny | Greenfield Village | Ben, James, and I went to my brother's basketball game at Parkway Christian! Go Eagles! | Stoney Creek Beach
 Nana's 96th Birthday Party | Our one year anniversary dinner at Ocean Prime. 04 . 26 . 12
is a little world created by love.
My family is one of a kind. We love getting together and acting like fools, because no one will understand you better than your family. It is great being able to live in a household full of Godly men and women to look up to and talk to about life. My family is so much fun! Every get together is entertaining.
EASTER | Sunday | Ben played Jesus in his church's Easter play.
I turned 20 years old and spent the entire day with my best friend and my favorite family. Is there any better to spend time with family, than playing an intense game of euchre or pig, eating great food, and laughing your butt off? I don't think so! It was the greatest birthday yet.
making | This was the best Tigers Game I've ever been to. We were in row 5, with great friends, the Tigers won - and there were fireworks. | At the game with Dominic and Meghan.
Tigers Game Tigers vs. White Sox | Tigers ended up winning their league.
 Vacationing in Florida
A vacation to Disney Epcot and Islands of Adventure with Ben, my mom, and Aunt Renee.
Drove to the beach, Clearwater, FL for the day. We swam in the ocean and laid out.
We all got FRIED at the Clearwater - Ben especially. For the next two days I had to repeatedly lather him up with aloe and lotion, and he hates lotions. My poor baby!
 He proposed June 21!
He asked, and I said, "duh!" | I suggested to go on a walk to the park. On our walk, we went down by the woods and held hands tight. We reached a garden and I had to stop and gawk. I looked down into the garden and written on the ground in sticks and flowers, "Will you marry me?"
Camping at P.J. Hoffmaster is a family tradition for the week of Fourth of July Holiday. We get an entire week of beaches and beautiful Lake Michigan. We have campfires, eat ice cream, watch fire works, and play "Marco Polo."
 vacation | FAMILY
 springhill camps
We only got to spend about 24 hours at Springhill Camps this year, but it was still fun spending that time with family and friends. Isn't it crazy to think that next year at camp we will be married? Heck yes!
SNL, popcorn fights, football, and swimming ...
... we went horseback riding on the Outback trails for two hours and my butt got sore.
Bridal | Went shopping with my bridesmaids (Jessica, Brittany, Sarah, Lesley, and we missed Katie) for dresses at David's Bridal.
I found my wedding dress at Couture Bridal in Birmingham. I bought it the next day with my Mom, Dad, Aunt Renee, and Jessica (MOH). OMGosh!
costume | party | Halloween Party with Meghan and Dominick and some of their friends. We were Danny & Sandy from Grease.
 Carving our Avengers pumpkin together.
Rascal Flatts Concert in Toledo, featuring Edens Edge, Little Big Town, and ELI YOUNG BAND!!!
X-Men the board game with Meghan and Dominic.
 our work parties & programs
2012 | December Seventh Every year, Handprints puts on a Christmas Program where each class performs a song or routine for their parents. I was blessed to work with the Walker and Toddler classrooms. December Eighth Waltonen gave their employees a dinner, movie, and candy in Palladium 12 in Birmingham. We enjoyed a free date night.
We baked and decorated Christmas cookies with our friends Brittany and Joe. They did not turn out.
 Peace | 2012 | Joy
We should have expected this Christmas to be filled with gifts for our future home. We don't get toys anymore, we're adults! We got luggage, sleeping bags, tools, serving ware, and more. It is hard to believe next year we'll be married for Christmas.
let's count down to the | new year
