23: Grandma Susie Brown | Stan & Sue's Quick Cobbler Batter: 1 Stick of Margarine, 1 Cup of Sugar, | 1 Cup Flour, 3/4 cup Milk 1.5 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1/2 teaspoon Salt | Put stick of margarine in baking dish. Place in oven to melt. In another bowl beat together other ingredients. Pour ingredients over melted margarine & DO NOT stir. Filling: 1 Can of Peaches (sub cherries or other sweetened fruit) 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (blend together) Pour Filling over Batter & Bake | 350 30-40 min 1 Cobbler | Favorite Quote from Stan & Susie "When I started counting my blessings my whole life turned around." ~Willie Nelson

24: Grandma Billie Joyce Frederickson | 2 Pumpkin Pies 2 Pie Crust 1.5 Cup of Brown Sugar | 3 Tablespoon Flour, 2 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Nutmeg, 1 small can Pumpkin 15 oz 1 can Evaporated Milk, 1 can of Water, 3 Eggs | Combine dry ingredients well, Add remaining...mix well Pour into Pie Crust Bake at 450 for 10 min...then 350 for 25 min, or till done | 450 / 350 35 min 2 Pies | Favorite Quote from Joe & Billie "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country ." ~President JFK

26: Grandma Dorothea Jones | Chocolate Eclair Cake 9x13 Pan, 1 box Graham Crackers, 2 boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding, 3.5 Cups Milk , | 9 oz Cool Whip, 1 Can Milk Chocolate Frosting | Mix pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip Lay graham crackers in bottom of pan (use the whole cracker) Cover crackers with half of pudding mixture Another layer of crackers, Rest of pudding over crackers Lay another layer crackers. Put in Refrigerator for a couple of hours. Spread with the frosting & return to Frig. | 15-20 min | Favorite Quote from DoDo :) "Any Job worth doing is worth doing well." (my Grandmother Fish)

28: Grandpa & Grandma Fredrickson | Beef Rump Roast Place 3-4 pound Roast in Crock Pot Add: Salt/Pepper 1/2 Cup Water Cook on High Thicken Drippings w/cornstarch and Pour over meat | High 5 Hours

29: Julie Dulla | Dorothea Jones | Cheese n Bean Bake | 2.5 cups (1lb 5 oz can) Vegetarian Beans w/ Tomato Sauce 6 Hot Dogs cut into 1 inch pieces 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese | Combine beans and hot dogs, 1.5 cups cheese in casserole. Top with rest of the cheese and bake. | 375 15-20 min | Casserole 2 quart dish | Touch Down Taco Dip 1 can refried beans, 1 pkg cream cheese 1 packet taco seasoning, 1 onion, 2-3 cloves garlic Pkg shredded taco cheese | Spread beans on bottom of casserole pan. Mix cream cheese, chopped onion, taco seasoning & pressed garlic. Once mixed together, spread on top of beans. Top with cheese and Bake. | 350 20-30 mins

30: Uncle Lou & Aunt Darla Pompilio | Pasta con Pomodoro Sauce | 1 can 35 oz Italian peeled plum tomatoes, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1 clove Garlic, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 6 leaves fresh basil, 1 lb Penne Pasta, Salt for pasta water. Place olive oil an 8-10 inch skillet, chop and add garlic, red pepper to olive oil & bring the heat to medium. Open tomatoes & crush with your hands. When garlic browns remove from heat & let sit for 5 min. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil & bring back to simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare & Cook pasta according to box directions | 25 min

31: Mom aka Regina | Ham & Cheese Souffle' Cooking Spray, 10 slices of white bread cut into 1/2inch cubes, 1 cup of ham (1 inch pieces), 3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 6 large eggs, 3 cup Milk, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 cup crushed Ritz cracker, 5 teaspoon butter melted. | Spray 13x9 baking dish w/ cooking spray. Scatter half of bread cubes in dish. Top with Ham & Cheese, the top with remaining bread. Place eggs, milk & mustard in bowl & combine. Pour egg mixture over bread & submerge. Cover in plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Mix Ritz & melted butter together & top over egg mixture. Bake souffle until it puffs up & is golden brown. | 350 60 mins 10-12 | END OF BOOK FUN PHOTOS :)
