S: The Writings of Kenneth James Williams

FC: Our Family History | "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow." | The Writings of Kenneth James Williams

I could not rest tonight I could not ease my mind It was you against the hillside I will seek ye gentling dreams I will hold you to my breast The key turns the lock And escape it we must To seek a gentling dream Once cannot be alone So stumble forth with me Together none will fall Kenneth James Williams

Just Thought Needle highways, so not exist ! Just dead end streets, with box grates, empty wine bottles and death of a torment. Just thought I’d drop out of my little merry-go-around. To whisper a waxing of fate mate or is it brother, or is it sister; etcetera, ad infinitum! I wish this fucking around would end but wishing only works for “ Walt Disney”. Kenneth James Williams

For All To Hear I’ve come here again, I’m so lonesome without you. It’s a pleasant feeling mixed with pain, All the places we’ve been through; together. If memory serves me right, Smiles have found us whether day or night. And if we’re two or only four, There will be joy in life For ever more. Kenneth James Williams

Here you R? The Kraft tour!! When I arrived I felt a chill, it was the weather? Briskly walking with my clock Stopped to talk, bullshit that was, I spied the morning from the factory But a robin sang along In dreams I spurn, life is fun Careful said all in fear the statue would fall. but I love life, my wife, my Jocy and my Stacy. Goodnight I love you all. Kenneth James Williams

Time Sitting alone, with a pad and a pen Radio playing around in the background The hissing of lost steam power surrounds the left war, come to think of it The blasting of searched for power surrounds the right ear, or whatever What a stupid song lays down lines Don’t listen! But you know hearing it again and over again It goes in and through taking something away from our moment. Well hello, who’s we, she smiled came right in and sat down Her body seemed interesting, sex kind of comes in here. But her eyes and her face seemed more intriguing. She smiled yet I felt a fear, a danger in two people being near. Kenneth James Williams

Explain August ’75 Bitter the lines that run The land that sweeps the page Controlled by blind cement walls Till the passion of life turns to rage Kenneth James Williams

Canada - Land of the Free August ’75 Is your name Sir John Ah! A Canadian myth Of which I confess I know nothing about Pierre is near so get out of here You owe taxes for all last year. Oh let me help I’m Sir John Rich, robust and honest too. But the myth, you are here Its quite easy my dear Come to Ontario, Bill Davis rewrites myths and they come true With the children being taught by robots of thought Don’t think that, think this and have some money Thats cash for your stash, for a house only costs a lifetime Ah shit don’t quit what better way to spend your time Than making others rich and you a bitch Welcome to the circle, you sit here. Kenneth James Williams

Lynn's 28th Birthday '77 A birthday, one time a year, And now Lynn, yours is here. I can't say it's easy, it just doesn't come No words or phrase could begin to say What it is I feel in our life each day We've been up Lynn, and we've been down But the good times always come around It's our love Lynn, so deep, so real I love you Lynn (these words say so much less than I feel) It's so true but it seems so little to say As in passing years, months, weeks and days I'll be loving you in so many ways!! Kenneth James Williams

Feeling Slow August ’75 Equip yourself with golden guns, The earth its breed is enemy And the bullets split the scene. You fools who make the path A magnet to the feet, Of lovers in the night of bliss And true givers of the kiss. A families joy is all the happy; Seeking only content sweet time. But to be free upon the land; “The golden crown”, your time in hand! I seek a fortune in this life A fortune not of silver But a place to leave my head on And keep my loves in peace. A fear unto fools and your kind! I’ll speak slow and soft. Stop and see and live for free!! You’ll see grey but seek the sun, OR crashing to your breast will come The cries of child and young, The grandchild knows no happiness!!! Load a clay pigeon for your gun. Kenneth James Williams

Mother Earth (Again) Ever dreamed you lost a key Maybe you did, who’s you to know The backdoor slammed, a little gnome in red vested forest green and brown waves of light, bolted away. I saw that didn’t you? “What time does the cock fight begin?” “I’m not sure dear but we’ll be on time.” “I do hope so” Wherever did this come from The blood, the cockfight, the forest and earth? The game of survival on the intent of survival The basic need is not given by an old grey bearded dude, postage, skyway We use it keep it and love within it. It, it, it , what’s it! It’s about summertime in 1977 A.D. Can you read this in your generation? Who’s telling this story anyway Well I guess I am Was this what we started diligently discussing Come to think, that is think of it I guess it isn’t Maybe it’s wasting time, yeah that’s probably it. Or maybe I made it, or used it or stopped within it, whatever? Kenneth James Williams

Olympics August ’75 Hello, come right in Enter this grand game Yes to please not tease That is our aim It’s simple to play You can start it today Ten dollars is all it will cost (one second in time passes) Ah well you’ve lost! Kenneth James Williams

Our most treasured family heirlooms are our sweet family memories. | Questioning ALL Tears dripping from pink Is it fear or is it not What happened here? Could I be outside all I’m in Will the ride be a slaves last folly. To keep and entertain the troops Ir escape in mysteries haven. Equip yourself with life and love I fear myself the word Its two sided as the coin that tossed And you’ll lose, yes sure as hell. But I wonder in moments of new If the paranoia is running through But that look and talk and feel of you Can bring me back here to fear. Kenneth James Williams

Lucy’s Ass Be free come with me Drop LSD Away those old goblins will run. The buzz is fun But whats that you say You’re not happy today Take a puff of my joint Keeping happy, that is the point EEK! A decision to make Now let’s think this through, all the way You don’t want to make a mistake, AGAIN! Kenneth James Williams

But bit us up and leave it Escape to golden shores You desert cries that captain And a laugh from first mate For the shore is twenty leagues away And drowning is your fate Kenneth James Williams

I wonder how excited we'd get If time and or vision would let Our eyes see our hearts I saw little in line But relaxed here I find My yesterdays mixed with today What a long way to come Not equipped with a gun Kenneth James Williams

In Celebration of You I have tried to imagine my world without you Soaring geese in formation, mountain peaks hidden in snow. The splendour of fall along a country road. The whirr of a ring-necked pheasant at midday. The bleating of a horned owl at midnight And know that none of it would be the same without you. But most of all, I could never replace your smile, your eyes, Your gentleness and giving, your loyalty and caring, The memories we've filed, the secrets we've shared. The love that is forever there despite time or distance. So today I celebrate your very existence. Thank all of life for your life, Express my deepest gratitude that Of the millions of people and possibilities Our lives were destined to be intermingled' And as I celebrate your being 'I want you to know, clearly and forever, That my world would never be the same without you.

In loving memory of: Kenneth James Williams (1948 - 1989) and Cheryl Lynn Ritson (1949 - 2008) May you find peace and love!

A rose once grew where all could see, sheltered beside a garden wall, And, as the days passed swiftly by, it spread its branches, straight and tall... One day, a beam of light shone through a crevice that had opened wide- The rose bent gently toward its warmth, then passed beyond to the other side.... Now, you who deeply feel its loss, be comforted-the rose blooms there- Its beauty even greater now, nurtured by God's own loving care.
