1: Stress can be provoked by daily situations. It is common to become stressed after a busy day. You can be stressed by peers, family members or even teachers. | Most people tend to let the simple things in life stress them out. If you choose to reduce the little non-important things, it will also reduce your stress factor.

2: High blood pressure is the leading result of being over stressed! | Loss of hair is a sign of stress.

3: Drowsiness and being tired are also effects of stress, as well as lack of rest and depression.

5: When under pressure and stress, the best thing to do is to keep calm and reduce the stress before it becomes out of hand.

7: Stressful days at the work place, including school, can really put a toll on your daily thinking.... some can cope with daily situations, but others cant. find your personal way to deal with your stress....

9: Stress can be handled in many different ways. | ! | Yoga and many other exercise strategies are perfect ways to relieve yourself from stress.... When you take the time to relax your mind, you'll feel a lot better.

11: So when you are feeling stressed, take the time to think. Allow yourself to release the stress and open your thoughts... Don't allow your thoughts to overpower you.
