12: Brand New Baby Dylan | This was the first time our LA family got to meet Baby Dylan in person. She was only about a month old and as sweet as could be.

19: One of the highlights of Anna's Louisiana trip was spending time at Deb and Danny's. She is always excited to get to feed the horses in the mornings and pick lemons and oranges off of Deb's fruit trees any time she wants to. Pretty fun!

22: FBC SkiTrip '08 Taco asked Josh, Mick and I to go on the youth ski trip again...Josh as a leader and Mick & I as the photographers, tech team, and cooks. Since our cost was covered as "staff", we "sponsored" Leah's best friend, Krystal Murray. She had a blast, and so did Josh and Leah. The weather was perfect...not too cold, but fresh snow 3 of the 4 days we were there. Again an incredible time of fellowship, worship, and nature.

57: The kids and I decided to try and pull off a surprise for Mick's big birthday. Parkway Chevrolet let us hang this sign up a couple of days before his b-day...the car ended up not actually being ready on this day, but he was thrilled with the surprise of ordering it at all.

65: Leah's Colorguard won one of the six outstanding school awards, and three of the six individual outstanding leadership awards- to Jade Lombard, Krystal Murray, and Leah. I was very proud of her...
67: Reason to Run '09 | Jody started a tradition when she turned 30 and now has a race every year on her birthday...the whole family pitches in. I was the photographer...Josh drove the "ambulance", and Leah and Peyton were the water girls...Amy just looked pretty at the finish line...I guess that's why Neil won. :)

81: . . .she accepted Christ right after choir camp, and she was not happy that it took us over a month to schedule her baptism. She was so excited when the day finally came. Bro. Jesse told the whole church that he wished everyone would throw a fit about being baptized as soon as possible like Anna did...

83: Leah's Sweet 16! | For Leah's party, she chose a swim party with a movie theme twist. We did a montage of all the best movies and showed it outside on the projector "drive-in" style...while they sat in the hot tub... | Decorations included boxes of movie candy, and "reels" of Leah pictures hanging along the back of the house. | Laugh! | Swim!

87: LARP battles | Sept. 18th, 2009 | And when the swimming was wrapping up, Josh helped them get their second wind by taking orders and making frappes for everyone...
93: When Mick couldn't take Anna on their usual campout because of his call schedule, he promised he'd take her on a date instead. He decided very quickly that she will make someone a very high maintenance wife someday...a visit to the Children's Museum, lunch at the Aquarium...rides, and then a carriage ride downtown.
94: A great Guard marching season! Leah's leadership and teamwork made it to the newspaper and won her a trophy. She lettered with her awesome solo, and got her jacket, and they took 1st place at the Sam Houston Contest.

96: Mick and I were on our cruise for Halloween this year, so Leah and Anna went trick or treating with A, and Josh went to OniCon with friends | Oni-Con '09
