Introduction | Nicole Regelski is a very fun, athletic, and musical student at Sparta Middle School. She now lives in Sparta with her Mom, Dad, and two brothers. She plays softball, dances, does cross country and is very into writing. She also plays the violin and is in the advanced group. She enjoys everything she does and is an active part in her school.
This Is Where I Want To Go I have had many thoughts about what I should do in the future and what my overall goal should be, but finally I have figured out what I want to do with my life, I now know that I want to be a successful M.D. I also want to be in my dream house which is a Victorian with a view of the mountains, with a husband and three kids. This has always been my dream since my family hasn't been able to afford all of this, I feel like it's my time to be successful and make my parents proud of me. I want to be very successful in my career and in everything else in life. I want to afford all the necessities of living, and I want to be a good role model for my kids and my whole family.
Quick Write: Birth Order | I am the oldest of three kids and it isn't the greatest spot to be in. In the article, it says that first- borns try to provoke people. In my case, I'm nothing like that. But, the article also said that later-borns are much more hyper and take more risks. In my brother's case, this is very true. You can never stop them from being too hyper. That is specifically why I don't really like being the oldest. You never get your privacy and your always stuck with the sibling that cant seem to sit down and stay there.
Dear Diary | In one of my journals from 1st grade, I wrote.... I wish that I could have a pug someday. I also wish that I am ten. I really want to be a veterinarian when I grow up and have 100 dollars. Now, I have a total different view on these things. I now don't want a pug because I now prefer bigger dogs. And I'm past 10 years old so I can't wish that I want to be 10 anymore. Also, I figured out that I don't want to be a veterinarian anymore. I now want to be somewhere else in the medical field, specifically an ER nurse. I also now have more than 100 dollarS so I cant wish that anymore either. This shows that as you get older, your perspective on things gets more sophisticated, and when your older, you finally start to understand what you want to do with your life.
Holidays at Home | On Christmas Eve, me and my whole family have an Italian fish feast called 13 Fishes. My grandma cooks 13 wonderful fish recipes and the whole family comes together to eat fish and have a great time. And for the younger kids' enjoyment, Santa comes and gives them presents. It's something we do every year, and something we never forget.
Childhood Treasure | When I was in kindergarten, my mom had to go on a business trip, and she left me with my grandparents. Right before she left, she gave me a stuffed rabbit with a recording of her voice inside it. Ever since then, I have treasured that stuffed animal and it always reminds me that my mom loves me no matter what. It gives me good memories of the old days.
Childhood Memory | When I was three, me, my mom and my grandparents went to Italy. On one of the days when I was there, it was a sunny day and we were walking along a cobblestone road. I saw a gold pharaoh statue that looked cool to me, so I walked over to it. All of a sudden, its arms opened up and it started looking at me. I was SO freaked out. It turns out that it was a man pretending to be a statue, go figure.
