3: Do not go to bed mad.

4: Our most treasured family heirlooms are our sweet family memories.

5: Do not end a sentence with a preposition: Just because... Let's go in... Hand that over... Who is that for...

6: Grandma made the wedding dress. Irene and, later Kathy, wore this dress. | Choose the correct spelling of: their they're there

7: This is their wedding day. They're very happy. The wedding will be over there. | their ... belongs to them they're ... they are there ... place

8: Doc and Floy Budd Galen and Irene, Bert, Ron, Harold (Punk), Sharon

9: Me and Dad sounds like mean Dad The other person is always named before me." | Me and you What: mean you? Are you calling me mean?

10: Grandma gave birth to eight babies. She had two babies die in infancy. One of her sons died when he was eight. And Grandma Floy got up and kept going. Grandma then raised five, healthy children. She was strong and leaned on God. This is a great example for all of us. Bad things happen: get up and live.

12: I am sure that Grandma's boys had to say thank-you too. And, the one behind the camera, Sharon, also learned to say thank-you. | Dear Grandma, Thank-you so much for the fruit chews. They were delicious. Thank-you! I love you, Kathy

13: If you receive a gift you thank the person. If Grandma did not get a thank-you note, she would not send another gift. | Grandma's five children who grew into polite adults.

15: Now I lay me down to sleep... | God is great God is good Let us thank Him for our food.

16: Grandma's Loves | Grammar and Spelling: to...too...two | The girl will go to the park. Her mother will go too. They will play for two hours. | Girl Scouts of America

17: Sewing, Knitting, Crocheting: | Boys can sew. Boys can knit. Boys can crochet too.

18: The art of STORYTELLING was passed down thru several generations. Have you ever been in a room with Dad and Uncle Ron? Karen is now the storyteller so that her granddaughters will know family history. Did Uncle Punk tell stories? Does Uncle Bert? Does Aunt Sharon?

19: Grandma had a sense of HUMOR and it was passed on to her children. I had never seen my mother laugh as hard as she did when Uncle Punk and Aunt Joan visited.

20: Grandma set a good example of being a supportive wife.

21: Grandma showed how to keep family together: she would visit the Washington and Montana Budds homes to sew for grandchildren. Grandma saw the Minnesoat Budds regularly as they lived close together. | Family | FAMILY IS IMPORTANT

22: When you look at your life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses. ~Joyce Brothers
