BC: Thank you for taking your time to learn about our family as you consider an adoption plan for your child. We can't imagine what you are going through right now. Please know that you are doing the most generous thing possible for your child and for a family like us that is hoping to build a family through adoption. We are hoping that our prayers will be answered and that you will consider us as parents for your child. Thank you so much, David, Linda, and Christopher

3: How our family got started David and I met in 1986. We were introduced to each other by mutual friends. Our relationship grew and we fell in love and got married in October 1987. Immediately, we started trying to have a baby. Finally in 1990, I got pregnant with twins. We were ecstatically happy, but it was short lived. In my fifth month I miscarried and they had to surgically remove the babies. We were heartbroken, to say the least. A couple more years went by, and we were still trying to get pregnant again, but had no luck. I started having lots of pain, so I went to the doctor. Due to some major problems, they had to perform a hysterectomy which left us heartbroken once again; only this time, we felt helpless. We started praying that some way God would have mercy and send us a child/children so that our family might be complete. In 2003 God granted our prayers with our son, Christopher, whom we adore and thank God for each day. Now that Chris is 6 years old, we are wanting and praying that God will perform a miracle in our lives again so our family will finally be totally complete.
4: My thoughts on my husband David By Linda David is a likable and very down to earth person. He is sincere, gentle, funny and will do just about anything for anyone. For the ones he loves, he is the most generous, forgiving person I’ve ever met. David loves kids and I guess it's because he's a big kid himself. He really enjoys playing with our son Christopher and the neighbor kids as well. He's right there playing games with them and being goofy. He is fun loving, and always joking and lovingly teasing everyone around him. David has a strong work ethic and desire to be a better person. He is always trying to figure out how he can do something better for the next time. He is always willing to try something new. With his “whatever it takes” attitude, there really isn't anything he can't or won't do if he puts his mind to it.

7: My thoughts on my wife Linda By David Linda is a special lady who came into my life when I needed someone to believe in. I fell in love with her when we first met, and now 22 years later I love her more than I did then. Linda is warm and loving and lives life to the fullest. She is a very generous person. She loves spending time with our son Christopher. She is a Sunday school teacher at the church we attend. She loves to spend time with other children in the church as well as being active in other activities within our church. Linda likes to entertain friends and family at our home. She enjoys going to yard sales, and like most women, she loves to shop. Linda has made our home a special place. It's warm and full of love. Linda has made my life wonderful. I could not have met a better woman to spend my life with, and I thank God for this special lady that came into my life. She is the best thing that ever happened to me.

17: We are both Christians. We believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We believe that with God all things are possible. We believe in showering a child with love, but also in teaching manners and right and wrong. We believe in hard work and honesty in all things. We are committed to raising children with strong values, a love of family, and knowledge of the importance of education and hard work. We owe it to the child to help him or her grow up to be self-sufficient, self confident, happy, and to trust the Lord. We are willing to give anything to make sure that our children will grow up in an environment that is filled with love and understanding. We hope you may feel that we are right for your child. We promise to take care of this child and make sure that he or she knows how much they are loved. We promise to let them know how we've longed for them to come into our lives and how difficult it was for you to plan for their adoption. We promise to do everything in our power to give him or her a happy and balanced childhood so when they look back they will k now that they were put here for a reason. We hope that you choose us but more importantly, we hope you choose what you know is right for you and your child/children. We hope you are at peace with your decision.
