 A Christmas To Remember...
 Taylor and Morgan Christmas 2010
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Taylor picked an angel off her school's angel tree. She picked a nine year old boy to buy for, but she decided that she wanted to use "her" money. She decided to make artwork, cookies, and hot chocolate to sell. Her Mama Lyons, myself and Morgan helped her set up her stand. She had several neighbors come by. She was so excited when she bought the young boy clothes and a coat. We are so proud of her!
May all your Christmas dreams come true
Breakfast with Santa at First Baptist Church of Hurricane | In attendance was Mommal Cassell, Great-Mommal Cassell, Melissa, Hunter, Lexie, mommy and of course the girls. We had a nice time. Taylor did not get to tell Santa what she wanted that day, but we would see him again soon...
Taylors Christmas List | Taylor asked Santa for all the toys from her favorite movie Toy Story 3. She decided Morgan would ask for doll babies.
Christmas Memories | Putting up our Christmas tree Baking Cookies with Great-Mommal Going to see Christmas lights Sleigh riding and having hot chocolate by the fire Having a snow ball fight with daddy after he came home from work Watching Christmas movies Seeing the children's Christmas show at church with Taylor Christmas shopping with the girls The girls making a gingerbread house with cousin Camden Sharing Christmas memories with our neighbors and friends
 Dear Santa, I can explain...
A trip to remember. Taylor and Morgan went with the Mama and Papa Lyons and the Lyons crew on a special train ride that took them to Santas village. The girls were dressed in the PJ's and served hot chocolate and cookies. What a fun time! Josh and I were out of state for his work.
The Dupont Christmas show was a hit! The girls had a great time and were all eyes on the stage. Well, Morgan couldn't sit still but we had a good time. The girls each got a toy after the show was over so they were very excited!
Taylor wanted to help Mama and Papa Lyons ring the bell for the salvation army. She did a great job. She would ring and yell "Merry Christmas" and tell everyone "hello." She apparently got more people donating than mama and papa. She had a good time. Camden was also there and he helped some too. It's great to teach the kids at such a young age what Christmas is about. Proud of my kiddo. Morgan will be out there next year!
 at Hurricane City Park
First big snow of the winter. Having fun sleigh riding.
Taylor having fun in the backyard playing in the snow making angels. | Christmas 2010
 Making cookies for Santa!
Looking for Baby Jesus in the Christmas tree before opening gifts. We all strive to make sure that the kids learn why we have Christmas! | The search is on. Taylor found it first and Hunter got to get it out.
"How needs Santa when you have mommal and pawpaw?"
Like friends, It's the Old Ornaments that mean the most.
Getting this picture was a miracle!
 The Night Before Christmas
Taylor put the cookies and milk out for Santa and reindeer food on the front steps.
Christmas Morning | Girls up at 7:30am
Morgan loved her car so much she would not get out. She opened most of her gifts sitting in her car. She would get so frustrated when she couldn't fit everything she wanted in her car.
Have a Holly Jolly Christmas | What Joy it is to watch the smiles and joy across our girls faces. We are blessed and so thankful to God for what we have.
The girls had a great Christmas morning. Taylor and Morgan were both on Santa's "nice" list. Taylor got her toys from Toy Story 3 and Morgan a new car. | We enjoyed opening gifts and playing with new toys. We had Josh's favorite cinnamon rolls and started getting ready for a busy day ahead.
Although it's been said, many times, many ways, Merry Christmas to you! | Christmas at Great-Mommal's. This was the first year having Christmas at her new home. It was different, but yet great because we were all together.
Dear Santa, I can explain... | Happy Anniversary! | Christmas at the Lyons farm was fun and tiring. With so many little blessings we have a busy house. The kids enjoyed making crafts, eating snacks, and playing. The boys went to a movie and for one hour the women had complete quiet. It amazing to see how much the kids change each year. We are blessed!
Dear Santa, I want one of everything
Who needs Santa when you have Grandma!
Wow...a camping chair! She is ready to go camping.
All I want for Christmas is ...
A white Christmas! Sleigh riding fun!
We had a beautiful white Christmas for the first time in years. We got to enjoy some outdoor time sleigh riding.
