1: John, The photos and the messages in the following pages capture some of the magic that you made possible with your generous support of SAIS’s Celebrating Faculty Gala at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC last December. We share them with you along with our sincerest gratitude for all you have done for SAIS and its students. Our sincerest thanks,

2: The focus of this gala tonight may be the real testament Jessica’s particular brand of leadership. Understanding that SAIS has never been about bricks and mortar, Jessica orchestrated this celebration to highlight what SAIS has always been about our faculty. - President Ron Daniels

You help channel our determination, focus our drive and teach us to make concise and compelling arguments. 15: It was such an honor to be a guest at the Celebrating Faculty Gala. As a student, it was so impressive to see our distinguished alumni and faculty who have accomplished so much in their careers and who continue to support SAIS. It was not only a wonderful experience given the outstanding location, but it was also a great opportunity for a student like me to interact with those sponsors and supporters of SAIS, who enable me - amongst so many others - to attend this program.
