I'd very much like to be an Architect. This would take approximately 12 to 18 years of college. I'd be making upwards of 150,000$ annually.
I would like to drive something practical, not too extravagant. Something like a new Dodge Charger or a Hyundai. These run anywhere from 25 to 50,000$. I would also have to pay for gas and any repairs done on the vehicle.
As for a house, I'd like to either design my own, or live in something contemporary. Anything designed by Frank Lloyd Wright would be amazing, but I doubt that will ever happen. Contemporary homes cost millions of dollars, and then would still need to have electricity and other maintenance bills.
As for a vacation, I'd personally prefer to go somewhere in the mountains, to go snowboarding. I went a few years ago with my dad and had lots of fun. As for expenses, either plane tickets or gas for the road trip. The stay at the lodge or hotel which can cost a hefty sum. And finally either gear rentals or purchases.
Altogether, living the extravagant lifestyle I would prefer would cost a ridiculous sum of money. But you did ask for my dream life. Personally, I feel this is at least a somewhat realistic dream. It's achievable nonetheless.
