FC: Arthur "Boo" Radley

My name is Arthur Radley, at least that is what my parents filled out on birth certificate. Both of my parents are dead not, and so is the name Arthur. I go by "Boo" now.

my brother Nathan keeps me cooped up in our house so that i will not hurt someone else. I kinda like it in the house, it's quiet and peaceful. Although, I do like looking out the windows and watching the children play in the streets, it makes me feel like i'm playing too. | I keep to myself most of the time and try not to cause anymore trouble than I have in the past.

There are not many important people in my life, but one person that mean the world to me is my brother, Nathan. People think that Nathan locked me up in this house, never to see the world again because he hates me. This is not the case at all. Nathan keeps me in the house to protect others from me, and to protect me from the people of Maycomb and their harsh words | Nathan knows that the people of Maycomb would treat me differently. That's why Nathan keeps me in this house all the time, to protect me. All Nathan wants to do is protect me.

Jean "Scout" Louise Finch is another important person in my life. Even though many people have told Scout lots of terrible things about me, scout refuses to believe them and wants to find out what kinds of person I really am. Scout never gives up hope that I really could be the kind and caring person that everyone in the town of Maycomb refuses I can be. | Scout helped my learn how to be a normal person with normal friends, and for that I am thankful.

An event that is important to me happened on Halloween night. Jem and Scout were waling to school so Scout could perform in a play as a ham when Bob Ewell attacked them with a knife.I knew that if I didn't take action the kids would have gotten hurt. I did the only thing I could think of, | I attacked Bob Ewell. Bob Ewell ended up dead, but at least the children were alright.

Another important event is my life is when Scout walked me home on Halloween night. I had just saved Jem and Scout's lives from Bob Ewell and did not want to walk home to my house by myself. Scout seemed to understand this and decided to walk | me home that night. This is the first time that anyone has done anything this nice for me.

One thing that is important in my life is a little blanket. One night Scout's neighbor's house was on fire and burning down to the ground. All the neighbors were watching the house. When I went out to see what was going on I noticed Jem and Scout | watching the house. I noticed that Scout was cold so I put a blanket on her shoulders.

Another important thing in my life is a small knothole in an old tree. I always wanted to communicate with the children and I could never figure out how to communicate with them until I figured out I could put things in the knothole for the children to find. So that's exactly what I did. | The knothole helped me to communicate with the children which was something I always wanted to do. The knothole also helped me make new friends.

One quote that means alot to me is when Jem finch says, "Scout, I think I'm beginning to understand something. I think I'm beginning to understand why Boo Radley's stayed shut up in the house all this time... it's because he wants to stay inside. | This shows that the children finally understand that I'm not some horrible creature and that I'm actually a kind person.
