 TABLE OF CONTENTS | ~Pages 1-2...Symbols ~Pages 3-4...Values and Norms ~Pages 5-6...Material Culture/Technology ~Pages 7-8...Free Pages

Page 1 | The symbol of Jesus dying on the cross for the sins of all not only represents me and my family being Christian, but it leaves a good reminder to me that through Christ I can have everlasting life. | This is a picture of my 22. cal rifle in which I use to go target shooting and hunting with friends and family. The symbol of a gun represents my love for outdoors and hunting in general.

Page 2 | Although I can't grow out a goatee yet I hope to someday. This picture of some sharpie underneath my lip is a symbol for my aspirations as a whole. I value setting goals and challenges for myself and try my best to stay focused on achieving my goals. | Tattoos are symbols that are often misjudged. People tend to label those with tattoos as delinquents or "bad" people. I believe they are used in many good ways such as showing respect for deaths of friends and family or representing your personality. I don't have a tattoo yet, but I definitely plan on getting one very soon.

Page 3 | I hold friendship and family as a strong value. Creating close bonds with friends and family gives me a sense of purpose. My decisions in life partially are made from those I am around with. | Working hard is a value that I struggle with at times, but I still hold it as very important in my life. Hard work illuminates from those that follow their passions and dreams. I have many goals I plan on accomplishing in my lifetime, and without hard work and effort it would be impossible to accomplish them.

Page 4 | Getting homework done on time is a norm I try to uphold as much as possible. There are times I often fall short of completing assignments, but I will always give it my best shot in doing so. Whether that means staying after class or not going to sleep until 2:00am | This is our little puppy we recently got, and her name is Lilo. She often walks around the house crying because she can't find good spots to bury her bone. It is common that not only when puppies are sad, but when anyone is going through a hard time in life it is good to show kindness. Whether that be though complements or finding a pile of blankets to set a bone in.

Page 7 | Food such as a big rack of ribs describes my love for good food. My favorite thing to do is eat. A common saying is "eat to live", but I find myself "living to eat". | My rugby jersey represents my passion for the game. I've been playing rugby since I was a freshman in high school and learned so many life lessons from my coaches and teammates. The jersey itself represents my pride and accomplishments in the sport I love the most.

Page 6 | My phone is a piece of technology I couldn't quite see myself without. It's a necessary way of communication for me and not only that , but Flappy Bird is must have. | Unfortunately this Lamborghini isn't mine, but a car is necessary for me. Being able to get to places without relying on someone else is a must. I hate having to ask others for rides. Not only is it used for transportation, but I enjoy cruising just to get time to relax.

Page 7 | Looking back I now realized how deprived I was as a kid for not getting my first game console until was 12. It's now one of my most favorite hobbies. Not only because it's fun, but also because it is a way to get away from life's difficulties and relieve some stress. | Probably the most important hobby to both me and my dad has been weightlifting. My dad introduced me to it freshman year of high school, and since then I have found it to be a necessary part of my life. It has taught me good work ethics and motivated me to better myself in life.

Page 8 | From board games to card games to acting games... my family and friends always enjoy competitive matches whenever we are together. Sometimes a simple game of scrabble can end up almost being a fist fight if a word is believed to not be spelled right. Often blood will be spilled over many board games, but it's all in fun. | To me a dream catcher represents my heritage. Being part Native American is only a small part of my family history. I'm basically a mutt, because I'm a mix of so many different cultures. The reason why I chose the dream catcher to represent my heritage is it also represents my frame of mind, because it reminds me never to lose sight of my goals and dreams.

BE SILLY. BE HONEST. BE KIND.
