FC: Stress is a response your body gives off when you feel threatened or upset. Stress is caused by a variety of things such as major life changes, financial problems, or relationship problems. Your body reacts to these problems in specific ways and you will experience symptoms such as memory loss, moodiness, aches or pains, or eating more or less. The consequences of being stressed are the same as it's symptoms so watch out. | On the other hand, stress can be very easily fixed if you take the right steps to manage it. You can use the four A's, avoid unnecessary stress, alter the situation, adapt to the stressor, and accept things that you cannot change. Some other things you can do to help cope with stress is set aside relaxation time, exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and be sure to get plenty of sleep.
