1: A Very Snowy Winter | We had more snow in 2009-2010 than I can remember having since we were kids. Around 41 inches total

3: The sledding was great on our tractor made hill. All the snow from the driveway made our own little mountain that lasted for weeks. | Wesley 18

7: International Fair | Every January, our Homeschool group has an International Fair. The students give a presentation on a country of their choice, then we have lunch of dishes common in those countries. This year Isaac did a power point on Haiti, and Sophia made a display board about Sweden.

8: Sleepover with Mimi & Papa! | February 26 & 27 | Mommy and Daddy went away for the weekend to Big Cedar Lodge, so Brett got to come for a sleepover at Mimi & Papa's! Tiffany came home for the weekend too. We had lots of fun!


11: Tiffany and Dylan invited everyone over to their house for home-made pizza to celebrate Brett's 47th birthday. The pizza was delicious!

13: March- Time for an updated kitchen, Houseworth's like my portraits, and I like their remodeling, so a trade was made. We took out the huge metal hood and tiled that area. I painted the walls and re-stained the cabinets a darker color, and ordered reeded glass for the doors. Kenton framed in the area that used to be open along the stove. Putting the stove back we only had 1/8" clearance to work with, once the stove was back we realized it was now too low for the cabinets! It was hard going two weeks without a sink, but it was so worth it! It was all done in time for Brett A's birthday party! | before

28: A few times in the past year or so, I've taken the kids with me to visit mom and dad in Warsaw and go fishing. We've never caught very many fish, but the memories are priceless. April 17

33: Sophia learned to cast really well. | Sophia spent alot of time fishing in the pond. She is surprisingly patient, often fishing by herself. April 17

42: Wesley has known for awhile he wanted a pig roast for his graduation party. The weather was a little rainy, but that didn't stop his friends and family from wishing him well!

48: Camping at Long Shoal Memorial Day Weekend

49: We went to Long Shoal to camp Memorial Day weekend along with the Clariday family and Kara and Julie. The kids wanted to ride at Deep Water. Only thing is, the 4-wheeler that Larry hauled down was missing the key when we got there. So Brett and the kids rode Saturday, while Larry drove all the way home to get the key. Kids didn't mind, they got to ride Sunday too.! | making pies | making pies

52: GO TEAM | SOFTBALL | "I hit the ball hard just like you said, Dad!" | Hit one out of the park!

54: SUMMER VACATION | Pomme de Terre June 26-July 11

55: We took the kids to see the dam and the water being let out. There wasn't anything happening, so we threw rocks in the water until Sophia stubbed her toe.

70: Go Carts!! Sophia tried her best to catch this boy. She started in last place and passed everyone else. She was vicious on the track.
