1: Eliza gets lost By: Eliana herrerea
2: This is Eliza she;is four. She has just woken up and does not know what to do.
3: So, Eliza goes in her brother’s room but he is busy getting ready for school. Then Eliza goes inside her sister’s room, “Get out” she yells “I’m going to be late”.
4: Now Eliza is bored, her brother and sister are at school; but Eliza can not go because she is only four.
5: So, Eliza decides to call her friend Nate; A few minuets later her mom yells get off the phone its getting late.
6: Eliza then hears a noise outside. She went outside to find her uncle fixing the car. Boom, crash, bang the car goes. Boom, crash, bang Eliza goes. Eliza makes a beat.
7: But, Eliza is still bored so, she thinks to herself, what will I look like when I am not four.
8: Eliza then hears her dad talking. She goes inside and saw that her father was fired from work, and he was on the phone calling his boss a jerk.
9: Eliza felt bad for her dad, and she needed someone to help her. She knew the two perfect people that went to the ruin hills school | Ruin hills school
10: So, Eliza head out with out telling her mother, her father, or her uncle, about her whereabouts.
11: Eliza thought to herself, I know where the school is I’ve been there many times. It’s by the place where they sell fruit and stuff
12: Eliza looked back at her house, it was as tiny as a mouse. A few minutes passed and Eliza came a cross a sign.
13: It said: Thank you for visiting our Ruin Hills community. This made Eliza have bouts, but she mustn’t give up. | Ruin Hills
14: A few more minutes passed and Eliza started to feel a cold breeze, this gave her the chills.
15: As Eliza carefully crossed the street, she had to admit something. She was LOST!!! | LOST!!!
16: She walked and walked but she got no were, all she saw was more streets. Eliza felt so alone.
17: Then she heard footsteps coming from the shadow. It got closer and closer.
18: It’s it’s, her brother and sister. They just had gotten out from school. She ran and gave them both hugs.
19: As they walked home she told them all about the good and bad parts of her day; she also told them how their father lost their job. As they got near the house they saw their whole family weeping and searching.
20: Once they all settled down she told them how she felt bad for her dad and needed help finding him a new job.
21: Then Eliza’s dad said “No, it’s ok now I can stay here and take care of you, and make you my honey due cookies.” The family was happy again, but most important they were reunited.

24: About Me | Eliana Herrera Lives In Macungie Pennsylvania. She is 12 years old and loves the color blue. She has a huge family and loves them very much. This book was inspired by her sister, Eliasa.
