1: Spring kicked off to a great start with a visit to a local sugar bush....mmmm maple syrup
2: The easter bunny came twice for Ethen, once just for him and then the next day for him and all his friends
4: Great Grandma came for a visit for two weeks in April. She got to spend lots of time with her two great grand children and while she was here Elsie learned to sit!

9: May 1st Our beautiful backyard Wild flowers in bloom and Ethen playing in his very own creek

12: May long 2011 We joined up with the Perkins and the Christians to head out for a weekend camping trip at Sandaraska park, we brought along our horses and ATV's to have fun for the big kids too!
16: Our first picnic of the year in Andrewsville. One of the best picnic spots in the area, we were lucky to be joined by Colleen, Kyla, Kate and Nana
18: Ethen started his first team sport in June, with the Merrickville soccer league. He played for team purple.
20: Well Elsie slept, Ethen got to go on his first firefly hunting excursion and met with great success!

28: Our summer holidays with the Colbrans started with a brief stop in Quebec city before heading to new brunswick to enjoy ocean breezes

30: We enjoyed beautiful evening bonfires on the beach, which also ment we got to enjoy smores!
35: We were fortuante to arrive at the hopewell rocks just at the start of low tide before the water came rushing back into the bay of fundy and spend sime time exploring the ocean floor and playing amoung the flower pots...which ment dirty feet. It was amazing to see the daniels flats at low tide....and then later to drive by at high tide!
36: Cape Enrage managed to capture our hearts as well with it's rugged beauty and rocky cliffs, we again enjoyed a few hours at low tide to play on the ocean floor, hunt for fossils and explore tidal pools.
37: On our way home from New brunswick we stopped in Edmunston at the New Brunswick Botanical Gardens and enjoyed the beautiful gardens and butterfly house.
39: When Grandma, Papa, Faith and Cameron came for a visit we went to the stepping stones with Colleen, Kate and Kyla for an afternoon to explore.

42: Ethen particpated in the Merrickville fair again with Kyla. He and Kyla dressed up the story of little red riding hood, Ethen as the wood cutter, Atumn as a tree, Mynxx as the wolf and Kyla of course as little red riding hood!
43: In august we also made a trip to Otter Creek in the beautiful Adirondack mountains of New York. Three days of amazing riding!
45: Before moving to winnipeg we did one last photo session with Elizabeth Fulton Photography, as always we got beautiful imags to cherish.
48: We took a fantastic hike around pink lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery that gatinaeu park has to offer
50: Ethen's first day of junior kindergarten. He caught the bus and started a new adventure!
51: In September we went with Kyla, Kate and Colleen to pick apples, jump in the straw and get lost in a-maze-in corn...plus apple cider doughnuts!
52: Sept 4th, Souels corners provincial Championships We finished our first 50 miles together in eleven hours and fifteen minutes.
