4: Wilson Ruins Remains of the R.T. Wilson Mansion.Built in 1912 on 18000 acres. He named Palmetto Bluff in 1902. House caught fire in 1926. | The Dale's invite us to club party. Grab a drink and get on the bus.
5: Deep into the woods , grilling oysters, band is playing, Rimmy tells me he beat me by a FEW strokes. I check my pulse. | The May River from treetop level | Up to the treehouse c'mon! | Is this a great time or what?

8: DAY 2 Palmetto Dunes. Oceanfront Resort | So far everything looks good. Now, hit the ball over the water. It's simple. | Off the Green and Onto the Beach | Air Conditioned Golf Carts
9: Teeing off on Signature Hole #10 par 5 1 par 1 bogey The Atlantic Ocean is behind the green. Robert Trent Jones course, of course! | A few poses with the flag. I was looking for a seashell and found a golf ball instead.
10: It's still early, so we played Long Cove Club. 18 holes of Pete Dye design. | Rock 'em Sock'em Rimmy | Here gator, gator This is only hole #1. OMG! | A sand save?
11: Hole #10 From the Film Baggar Vance | Rimmy tees it high to let it fly on Hole #5 | 36th hole Clubhouse here I come! | How about a table for 2 Charlie?
12: Day 3 Coligny Beach Our rental car went to the ocean. After a huge breakfast,we took a nice stroll along the beach | The sign says it all. Links style golf at it's best. The clubhouse featured a barber chair. Sweeney Todd had the day off!
13: Tee box is an elevated platform. Grass grows on it . Rimmy walked a long ramp to get here. | Pete Dye at his best | We're still having fun | Now these guys know how to dress for golf! | Dad's birdie putt on hole#1 It's in !!!!!!!!
14: This is the signature hole #14 at Colleton River. It yielded 1 birdie and 1 par to us, thank you. | I'm just posing here. My ball actually is in the fairway.
15: After 18 holes at Colleton River,We played the 9 hole Borland par 3 course. We liked it so much, we played it twice. So grab a handfull of sticks and some balls and start walking.
16: Day 4 Rimmy at the dock.We ferried to Dafuskie Island to play Haig Point. On the ferry we passed the lighthouse at Harbour Town Hole#1 Tee Time Jimbo | This is a Rees Jones design course. | Rimmy could not resist this shot after he wrestled this crab from his watery cage.Don't be crabby,smile! | We're just taking a break here. Notice the lighthouse in the distance.
17: So, we napped,played,hit some brilliant shots,phoned home,and even got some mini golf in today. Oh,yeah,we ate too!

20: Day 6 Ocean Course at Sea Pines Resort Final Round Mark McCumber design I'll never get used to this. But it's fun trying. | Now, a little Highland Fling | Nice form huh? | Last hole at Hilton Head
21: Savannah, Georgia Last Stop After walking the riverfront,we took a trolley tour.The city is steeped in history. Well, it's back to the airport and home. And we golfed happily ever after.
