S: MARY - Beautiful 80 - 2011
BC: We Love You!!!!
FC: Happy 80th Birthday Grandma!! xoxoxoxoxo
1: I like to walk with grandma, Her steps are short like mine. She doesn't say "Now hurry up", She always takes her time. I like to walk with grandma, Her eyes see things like mine do - Wee pebbles bright, a funny cloud, Half hidden drops of dew. Most people have to hurry, They don't stop and see I'm glad that God made Grandma. Unrushed, and young like me.
2: Dear Mom, Wow I can’t believe you will be 80 years old, but then I couldn’t believe that I turned 62 this year. The good thing for you is how young you look. Everyone thinks you are my sister. I can remember so many fun things we did as children with you and dad and grandma and grandpa. I some times wish we can go back in time to those younger years. Remember our trips to the “North Pole” and Whiteface Mountain. Remember the road trips where Joe was throwing up every half hour. I would think was this punishment for him, why did we torture him by taking these road trips. Poor guy. You and dad always put us first and made sure we never went without anything. I can’t believe it was your 30th wedding anniversary before the two of you took your first trip alone. As the years have gone by we are back to taking trips together again. It’s funny how things turn back in time in a different way. You have always been there for me, even at times when you didn’t understand why I was doing things that I did. I’m sorry for the years of disappointment that I put you through and know that they were just as disappointing to me also. I don’t think I have to tell you this but know how much we all love and care about you. These last few years have been hard for you as well as for all of us. Please remember that we are all here for you in many different ways. If there is something you need or want don’t be afraid to let us know. I love you mom and always will. Thank you for the life you have given to all of us, be proud of what you have achieved in your life. Love Ro

Grandchildren bless their Grandparents With a youthful vitality and innocence That help them stay young at heart forever. Together they create a chain of love Linking the past with the future. 22: Grandma, I don't even know where to begin. From the countless sleepovers to our crazy family trips and dressing up as Santa. You have always been one of the most important people in my life. Always a sign of stability. In one way or another you and Grandpa were the glue that kept everyone together. Always showing us an example of love, compassion, and understanding. When we didn't have what everyone else did, you always made sure we never felt that way. You continue to share that wealth of love with my children and I can't help but smile, remembering when I was little. Thank you Grandma for everything you have done for me, and every time you were there. I hope when I'm 80 and look back at my life, I have a life filled with people who love me the way we all love you. Happy birthday! Love, Juliann Xoxo | Grandma, I never really had a relationship with my grandparents in the past, until I met you. Love, Paul | 33 years of Love through good times through bad times through rough through sad times you've always been there Someone once told me to "pray for the ones who pray for you." I know through all of the above you were one who always prayed for me, to find happiness , love and peace within my heart. To my very special Mom who always called me a "daughter" instead of a daughter-in-law, I thank you for always being there. I love you. Happy Birthday Love, Jenna Xoxo
29: Dear Aunt Mary, Wow has time flown by. It feels like yesterday we were sharing memories in your dining room with an overflow of people. The New Yorkers would come “down” to visit and invade your house. As the years passed those visits became more precious and we waited for the ones from you and Uncle George “up” north. Some of my favorite times were in your house. I know you worked during the days most of my visits and I only had a chance to sit with you at night or in the morning, but you found time for me and listened intently to my stories, even though they were probably about nonsense. You always made me feel wanted and not like an intruder. Your home was made to feel like an extension of my home and I can remember when Joanne and Linda shared a room and Joey had “the office” with his bunk beds. I guess at this time I wanted to let you know you are truly loved. Those memories have always been a platform I can go back to and the ones I built with you later in life stand as a place that was secure and constant. Your home was the constant that I could be sure was always there. The home might have changed but not much else has. Your heart is still warm and waiting for us to make our way down, for a visit. Coming from a crazy family as mine, that heart has at times been the one thing that I knew would always make feel confident and secure. I love you now more than ever and wish you a blessed birthday, surrounded by your beautiful children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You have a lot to be proud of. God Bless And Happy 80th Birthday Much Love Janeen

35: Dear Aunt Mary, Looking back over the years and remembering all the times and years of visiting you with my tribe of Indians, hee, hee. When you moved from Brooklyn to Long Island, we followed you there. Then you moved from Long Island to 3,000 miles away to Florida, (were you tyring to tell us something?) But that didn't stop us from visiting you neither. We had a lot of laughs, tears and meals together that will never be fforgotten. Have a very Blessed 80th Birthday and many many more healthy and happy years to come. Love and Prayers Mimi, Bill and the Tribe
