S: New York 2011
For Peter's 50th Birthday on May 23, 2011, I surprised him with a trip to NYNY, and tickets to a Yankee game. We arrived June 6 and stayed for the 2nd time at the Salisbury Hotel on 57th Avenue, a great hotel with huge rooms and right in midtown.A bit like coming home. Our first night we watched (with envy) a cast party at the theatre across the street.
St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center
One of these things is not like the other... feeling out of place watching the E3 live feed. | Had to visit Nintendo world at Rockefeller Plaza
Nothing like it - people everywhere day and night
Meeting up with our pals the Duggars - poor Jim Bob didn't realize I was creeping him. I actually talked to Michelle for a minute!. They were giving an inpromptu concert by the TKTS stands - at 11pm with all the kids!
