1: The topic of my Photo-Journal is expressing feelings of people through my mind's eye. I want to show different feelings from my viewpoint. I will take photos of people, scenery and animalsin the next few months and every one of my photos will unveil a feeling, thoughts or an emotional story. I won't only take the pictures; I will tell you the story behind them. This will be a visual journey through my exchange -visit to America documenting how I see life, love and emotion at this stage of my life. It is wonderful for me to be able to document my growth and maturity as I happen about in my American WANDERLUST.
3: This is one of my favorite pictures, because I was inspired by the young women in the photo. When I started to take pictures for my book and to think about the feelings I want to express I never thought about the word "peaceful". It was a very cold and rainy day, when I came into my room and I saw this beautiful little girl sitting in the front of my window. I asked her, what she's doing and she said sh wanted a minute to enjoy the rain. I was wondering and tried to find out, why she likes the rain so much and she explained it to me. She told me, that there's more beautiful than the rain, falling down on earth. and it just fills her with happiness. I took a picture of her and I wanted to call it happiness, but I couldn't forget what she said and it remembered me how I always used to watch the first snow or the leaves in fall and it was always just very peaceful. | Peaceful
5: The wind is blowing, the soft waves are roaring, the air smells like the sea and you taste the salty water on your skin. Imagine you would be on this little boat and you could go anywhere you want to. You could spend weeks on the sea or you could just stay for hours on one place and enjoy your freedom and the peace of the calm sea. I couldn't imagine anything that would fill my heart with more joy than being on this little boat and feeling the . . . Freedom. | Freedom
6: Fascination | "You look so pretty, mommy! Are you going to a dance, because you look like a princess!" Do you remember, when you were a little girl and the most beautiful woman in the world was your mom? When we are young, our mom is our model. We act like she does, we want to play with her Make up, we try to walk in her gorgeous shoes and we steal all her dresses to look like her. When we become young Teens our mom isn't our model anymore. She is embarrassing, old, doesn't know what we feel or do and we hate a lot of the stuff she does. I'm 15 right now and the relationship to my mom is very close. Now, when I'm a little bit more grown up, I have to say even if my mom is not perfect, she is my model. She is beautiful, strong, clever and the most amazing woman in the world and I appreciate everything she did for me and everything she will do for me.
